Brilliant

Had an amazing week at villa Christina, the property was very clean and well looked after. Would recommend hiring a car if staying here as it is secluded, we loved being away from the busier towns and just driving to where we wanted to go. The local beach and taverna are super close and both lovely to visit.

Nice villa in quiet location

Villa nice although little bit of maintenance needed in places but local manager Spyros was brilliant and sorted out issues we had with tv and sunbeds. The villa is ideally located for the beautiful beach and a couple of good tavernas but car essential as no shops for suppliers within walking distance.

It would be nice to have more towels and dishclothes available. Also, an english guide on how to use washer. Oh and a dryer for those days when there is no sun to dry the clothes. Other than that is was an amazing stay. Would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately, we will not be booking the property again, because of the proximity of the new villa next door. We value our privacy and this was just too close. We were lucky, because it was empty during our stay. Otherwise, a lovely villa, well presented and looked after. Location is superb and everyone was very helpful and friendly.

I cant say enough about Vatsa Beach Villa and its location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The villa and Vatsa were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches near also great restaurants, tavernas and bars within a few minutes walk from the villa and the sea is only 5 minutes walk away. The town is very charming, clean, and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. During our stay there we visited Mantzavinata, Lixouri, and Loggos and tried the most delicious specialties in the whole Kefalonia. Most of our time we spend at Paralia Vatsa and Paralia Mania beach entraining ourselves with different activities: relaxing sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. Working with Agni Travel was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

Great location and beautiful pool

The villa is in a great location - very quiet and peaceful, but close to beaches and tavernas. Although it has two bedrooms, only one was prepared for us. The initial sheet on the bed was not a proper bedsheet and we had to buy our own. There was very little information provided on how things worked etc. We could not get any Engl;ish language programmes on the TV. There was no dishwasher (although none was advertised in the description - we just didn't notice). A lot of the fixtures and fittings in the villa seemed to be very cheap items. There was no warning that toilet paper could not be put in the toilet (though we realise this is an issue in many places). There was no net for the pool: one day the surface was covered in flying ants and we had to use a kitchen sieve to clear it.

We made good use of the terrace for gatherings with our friends and really enjoyed the pleasant evenings with a glass of wine by the pool. The area itself is great in every way. We enjoyed our holiday very much and already booked this villa for next year as well.

It is a beautiful house with a great pool and terrace looking at stunning natural landscapes. The property was completely safe and the outside dining area was great. The Vatsa Beach Villa was just what we wanted and met all our expectations. It was absolutely brilliant. We had a lovely time here and certainly do not hesitate to return again.

The Vatsa Beach Villa was great, right what we expected. All in all a very nice and relaxing holiday. If you are looking for a quiet restful holiday in a private villa near to the sea then this is the place for you! It really was a great stay, lovely to be able to stay somewhere so nice and comfortable. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location, near to the beach. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing there during the whole day and waited the moment to see the most beautiful sunset views from there. The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. Within only a 10-15 minute drive you are at Mantzavinata, Lixouri, and Loggos where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants... We tried great Greek specialties (Souvlaki, Moussaka, Koulouri...)there. Most of our time we spent at nearest Vrahinari and Mania beach entraining ourselves with different activities: relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. All in all an excellent place and villa which we can highly recommend.

The location and Vatsa Beach Villa are perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday. Enough far from the crowd places but still near to almost everything: local places to visit, restaurants, tavernas, bars...I think that the pictures accurately reflect the property. The outside and pool area were magnificent and we all had our own privacy given the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms. This is the first holiday we have had when we have not visited hotel resorts- and it was great to have ended up at such a well-thought-out and well-cared-for property. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area and the pool. The children loved the pool and terrace and played there almost all day which in turn gave us a break too! We also visited Lixouri and Mantzavinata and spend a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

The villa is lovely; its spotless, modern, and roomy, with everything youll need for a pleasant vacation. The sunset and natural landscape are breathtaking. The pool is the ideal size for relaxing and taking the sun and scenery. We couldnt have asked for a higher level of service. From the booking through the end of our vacation, everything went flawlessly. I would highly recommend this property, and I would most certainly return again.

We have just returned from an excellent and very relaxing holiday at Vatsa Beach Villa. The Villa is very comfortable. Air Conditioning in all rooms. Well, equipped kitchen and utility rooms and great pool area outside. Most of the time we spend at the terrace and enjoyed a nice time there: having meals, playing cards, enjoying gatherings with our friends...The pool was lovely and perfect temperature in August...Vatsa has 4-5 nice tavernas only within a short walking distance. We tried nice tasty local food there and found the people of Vatsa and Kefalonia very friendly and hospitable. Nice relaxed holiday overall. Already booked Vatsa Beach Villa for next year.

We spend our holidays in this house for several years (sometimes 2 times per year). Its every time like coming home. We love the house (in- and outside) and the location. There is no noise, but within 5 min walk, you are at the Vatsa Beach with all the shops and restaurants. Vatsa is a great place, almost all the time we were outside exploring the area and enjoyed the tasty food at the local restaurants. You have to try the Greek cuisine while you are there. Its the perfect place for a relaxed holiday. WE WILL COME BACK!

Booked a villa in Cyprus through this company. Vatsa Beach Villa was perfect with absolutely no issues. It was spotlessly clean & well presented. Nice spacious outside area with private pool and terrace and a nice dining area. The sunset views from the terrace were breathtaking. Everyone in Vatsa was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us directions and recommendations for places to visit. We also visited Argostoli and Lixouri and spend a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. I found Agni to be extremely helpful & they gave us lots of useful information & contact numbers for the local area. Looking forward to booking with them again for next year.

The villa was lovely, spotlessly clean, handy for beach and a couple of tavernas. The pool was great, not terribly big and not terribly deep but more than enough for us to spend hours in it every day. We hired a car and toured the island and, without doubt, the find of the fortnight was the beach at Atheras - outstanding! Ideal for people with small children, people who like small sandy beaches with crystal clear, warm, shallow waters. Small cafe right on the beach and a fish restaurant just up the hill takes care of dining. Will definately return to Kefalonia in the future.

We had an absolutely excellent stay at the Vatsa Beach Villa. The accommodation was immaculate and as expected from the pictures (which is sometimes not the case!). The Villa is easily accessible from the Airport via the Argostoli ferry, and is about a 15-minute drive from Lixouri which means you get the peace and quiet of the countryside, with the town close by for supplies and entertainment. There are also 3 excellent tavernas all within walking distance (Remetzo, Captain Nicholas and Spiaggia) that were all absolutely excellent!
