Welcome to our private luxury holiday villa Akuna in Croatia. Villa Akuna is an impressive 5 bedroom, 7 bathroom villa built of Brac stone (the same stone as the US White House). During the winter of 2016 the villa was completed to a very high luxury standard – the villa is now one of the most desirable on the Adriatic as not only is it an executive standard as it enjoys being in a quiet bay with a national park so it is very discreet yet just minutes to the local villages Sumartin and Selca.


Offering 5 bedrooms (one with child room attached) – all with direct views of the Adriatic, 7 bathrooms, Media Room, Gym, Infrared sauna, Kayaks, Snorkel and Fins, Infinity pool overlooking the sea, Jacuzzi, Cellar, two Kitchens. There is a Sonos music system with Bose speakers throughout the villa. There’s also a pizza-oven at the side of the house too!From Split, it’s a 40 minute car ferry ride to Brac Island then a 40 minute drive to the villa. If you prefer, use our private boat and skipper transfer taking 50 minutes directly from the airport to the villa (extra charge). When you arrive at Villa Akuna there is a beautiful garden with lavender, pines, palms, bougainvillea, rosemary, geraniums and many other Mediterranean plants.

We want you to have a great stay, so, with no expense spared and all attention to detail, we’ve prepared the villa with everything you need in order to give you that home from home feeling. We’d specifcially like to mention the hand selected bedding, soft towels, soaps, etc, and not forgetting the fully-equipped luxury kitchen.

Certain serenity can be found at Villa Akuna due to the fact that it is built on a headland with pine trees and wild rosemary growing throughout the garden providing privacy and shade.

At Villa Akuna we like to think that it is not just a Villa rental but a whole experience and that the guests will leave feeling relaxed and wanting to return.

Comfortable & Spacious
There’s plenty of space to spread around. As well as the main lounge, there’s a sea-view balcony with a sofa, coffee tables on the terrace, loungers at the villa BBQ area, sun-loungers down by the water and even a master bedroom with a lounge-suite. Find yourself a comfortable place and enjoy it with family, or find a quiet zone to call your own!

Fully Staffed
Ensuring your comfort is our Villa Manager, your focal point throughout your stay. She organises everything you need, from shopping/grocery items through to advising you on where to eat out. Full of local knowledge, and happy to share it. At her side is the villa chef, room maids and garden staff. Our chef will cook your meals as requested based on selections offered or by special request. Meals are made for you at breakfast, lunch and evening dinner as required. Your rooms will be made-up daily, and the gardener help keep the villa grounds in excellent condition.

Power Boat
We have taken delivery of our brand new power boat, complete with all the water “toys” and a skipper. The boat is licensed for use on the water with our skipper only. This is €390 EUR per/day plus €80 EUR for the skipper + fuel. The price is much cheaper than other companies in the region which also charge for cleaning and pick up. It really is most convenient to have the boat right outside the villa. Our licensed skipper is very experienced and knows all the beautiful bays to visit. He can assist with water skiing, dolphin watching, hidden beachfront restaurants and wonderful day trips in the area. The boat legally holds 14 people, and safety is our primary concern.
