Diseño moderno, tecnología de punta, excelente ubicación, solo algunas de las muchas palabras para describir esta propiedad. Esta magnífica villa es un ejemplo de propiedad de primera clase que satisfará incluso a los huéspedes más exigentes. Está situado en una parcela de 2200 m2 en una zona tranquila, la casa en sí se distribuye en 290 m2. Cuenta con un imponente exterior, parcialmente revestido en piedra Brac, con una piscina a contracorriente de 55 m2 y una barbacoa de seis metros de altura, también en piedra Brac. La piscina y la terraza están rodeadas por una zona verde cultivada, que contiene también una ducha exterior. Dos lados opuestos del nivel del suelo están cerrados con paredes deslizantes de vidrio Schüco que proporcionan a este espacio mucha luz natural y permiten que toda el área se convierta en una gran sala de estar abierta con acceso directo a la piscina y la terraza en un lado y un Jacuzzi al aire libre para 6 personas en el otro. En el mismo nivel también hay una cocina con comedor, baño y trastero. La cocina está equipada con electrodomésticos de los principales fabricantes e incluye un horno de microondas incorporado, enfriador de vino y máquina de hielo. Una escalera interior conduce al piso de arriba con cuatro dormitorios con baños en suite y balcones. Estos cuentan con un excelente equipo de audio y video, calefacción por suelo radiante (baños también), aires acondicionados invertidos, somieres de roble macizo, colchones de alta calidad, paredes de vidrio Koemmerling y Schüco. La casa también cuenta con azulejos italianos y artículos sanitarios Villeroy & Boch. La propiedad incluye un área de estacionamiento finamente pavimentada de 120 m2. Los huéspedes tienen a disposición el barco Sea ray six 19 OB gratis, el combustible y el patrón no están incluidos en el precio. El barco está a disposición entre el 01. 06.-30. 09.

Amazing villa with an amazing host

It’s a beautiful property, in a beautiful location and has everything anyone would ever need on a holiday. The host was excellent - went far and beyond helping with anything we may have needed and made sure our holiday was hustle free. We really didn’t expect that! Highly recommend and would love to come back one day.

Summer in Villa Ana

This summer in Villa Ana has been unforgettable. Placed in the quiet and marvellous island of Brač, the house is very nice, bright and spacious, thought in every detail to make it really confortable. It is a very peaceful place with ideal views of the sea and the mountains and its colourful sunsets. We spent every evening enjoying the house and its wonderful surroundings while tasting the good wine and listening to good music. The owner was very nice and committed, he offered us all we needed during our stay. With no doubt it is a fantastic place to go on holidays.

5 Star Home with Exceptional Views and Location!

Teo's house was even better than the pictures implied. This house is a fantastic set up for 4 couples, with each beautiful room having a full bath and a balcony with amazing views. Everything in the house is top-notch, from the blue-tooth stereo system, wifi, and espresso machine. We were within 10-20 minute walking distance to Splitska and Postira- beautiful little towns on the water with restaurants and all other amenities. Our group of 8 LOVED our 1-week stay here. Teo was very responsive with our multiple questions and requests, including providing a top-notch local chef who cooked amazing dinners that were beautifully presented and delicious! And, a wonderful Taxi driver Ivan, who accommodated our entire group (with a Mercedes Van that comfortably held 8 adults) with great excursions around the island. Our week at Villa Ana couldn't have been better! Thank you Teo!!

super erholsamer Urlaub :-)

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen im o.g. Objekt verbraucht. Die Beschreibung des Objektes ist absolut korrekt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt, es fehlt absolut an nichts. Wir konnten in dieser absolut ruhigen Lage eine sehr angenehme und entspannte Zeit verbringen. Teo stand uns jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung und hat sich umgehend gekümmert. Er hat uns mit super Tipps für Ausflüge und leckere Restaurants versorgt. Die persönliche Betreuung vor Ort wurde von einem super netten Ehepaar übernommen. Lieber Teo vielen Dank das wir deine Gäste sein durften, wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen !!!

Great host and Beautiful villa.

When I contacted Teo prior to our holidays to check what is available in the villa, his response was – EVERYTHING! And it was true - from washing up liquid, coffee, bug spray, washing powder…. Everything. And if you find something else you need, he’ll get it for you! Any questions prior and during the stay were answered super promptly, including loads of local advice about beaches, restaurants and similar… This villa is one of the best equipped properties we’ve ever stayed at from kitchen equipment, including lost of gadgets such as coffee machine, ice / smoothie / toastie maker and many more. Loads of dishes and glasses / cups so you never run out even if the dishwasher is full… great aircon, tvs, sound system… Great pool with jets to swim against; we didn’t think we’d use the hot tub or sauna, but they were actually really lovely extras we used occasionally in the evenings or on couple of cloudy days. Bathrooms and bedrooms are fab, with super comfy beds and with amazing views. One thing to note is that the sun is at the front of the villa most of the day, so you get most of the sun at the back by the pool for little while in the morning and evening, while during the day deck is mainly shady, although you can always find a little sunny spot if you move around, but you certainly couldn’t have few of you together laying in the sun by the pool most of the day. This wasn’t a problem for us as we spent lots of the time during the day at the beach and half of my family actually prefers to be mainly in the shade anyway… The villa is on the road which you can occasionally hear outside if you’re are quite, but won’t notice it too much if you’re having fun or play some music from super sound system (no noise can be heard inside if windows are shut and aircon is on). There is another villa below (that doesn’t show on google yet) that obstructs some of the view, but still plenty of see views left, especially from the bedroom balconies. There are few little supermarkets and beaches with nice bars / restaurants within short drive. Overall, great host and fabulous villa - would highly recommend!

Wonderful Villa in charming Splitska

We recently returned from a wonderful stay at Villa Ana. A luxurious and very well designed, spacious villa in a perfect location, only a 5 min walk from the charming town of Splitska. We were warmly greeted on arrival. The villa is in a beautiful setting. Everything is of a very high standard, with amazing uninterrupted views, a fabulous swimming pool which the kids loved, and excellent facilities...BBQ, table tennis, bikes, and a hot tub which was a hit every evening! We arranged to use the boat one afternoon, giving us the opportunity to explore the island, swim in some stunning, secluded spots, and visit the town of Milna. Communication with the owner Teo was excellent. He was a wonderful host, and went over and above to help with any queries we had, even helping to arrange medical support when one of our family became unwell. Thanks Teo for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back very soon!

Amazing Villa!

We were 10 friends and a baby and we spent 3 nights at Villa Ana. It's an amazing place with an astonishing view. The rooms are very comfortable and the house has everything you need. Bicycles, coffee machine, ice machine, baby chair, baby bed... Thanks Teo for your kindness and availability!

Das Haus war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, es gab nichts negatives zu berichten. Der Eigentümer reagierte schnell über whats app erreichbar falls Fragen oder Probleme auftauchten. Das Haus ist modern und Technisch auf dem neuesten Stand.

Wunderschönes Haus, beeindruckende Architektur, großer Swimmingpool

Das Haus hat eine moderne Architektur, ist in Hanglage und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer haben Meerblick und sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Die untere Etage beherbergt einen sehr großzügigen Wohn-Essbereich mit geschmackvollem Interieur. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren mit mehreren Freunden dort und rundum zufrieden, können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen.

Great vacation!!

We had a perfect stay in Villa Ana. The house is designed for a great vacation: Sea view, big pool, nice jacuzzi, enough space, barbecue and high quality standard in all areas.(Beds, bathrooms, technical equipment...) Maybe also important these days, the Villa was very clean, also disinfectant was provided. We felt save in the Villa , general on the island and in Croatia! Teo, the owner, gave us amazing support in case there was a question or help needed! Daily maintenance of the Pool/ Garden was done by the Mevla and his kind wife, also very discreet. We enjoyed a wonderful week in Villa Ana and are definitely considering another stay. Thank you Teo for all the support. Best regards Sarah and Sven

The perfect Croatian getaway in the most perfect Villa

We stayed at Villa Anna the first week of September as a family group of 8 celebrating two birthdays and couldn't have wished for a better stay. Teo quickly answered any questions about our stay in advance of our arrival and nothing was too much trouble. The Villia itself is absolutely beautiful, the quality and finish is pristine a real luxury stay. The large open plan kitchen and living room that opens out into the infiinity pool is the best social space for a large group. The facilities are faultless, with sunbeds, a BBQ, bikes, hot tub, sauna, you really are spoiled for choice. The local town of Splitska has everything you need for a great stay with some delicious local restaurants and a local supermarket - perfect. Wish we could've stayed longer than a week. Thanks for everything Teo and can't recommend Villa Anna enough!

Unforgettable holiday in beautiful villa!

We stayed two weeks at Villa Ana on the island Brac (biggest island in Croatia) in August 2015. The villa has a lovely location and it is only 5 minutes by car from Supetar. It has a beautiful sea view and is only some minutes apart from the beach. It was spacious, clean, luxury and stylish equipped. Villa Ana has a really big, lovely pool and garden, and we enjoyed sitting out and relaxing next to the pool amongst the silent nature. We´ve also enjoyed the nice grill, which we used very often to make a precious meal. If you want to do something sporty, you can grab a bike (6 bikes included in this villa) and visit all the beautiful places on the island or a nice round of table tennis (also included). In general the island Brac is one of the greatest areas to enjoy your holiday. You can visit all the beautiful beaches (e.g. the famous Golden Cape), make terrific adventures or enjoy the great landscape. We recommend this villa to everybody who wants to relax and have a beautiful holiday!

INCREDIBLYSUPERFANTASTIC!

Just amazing! From the welcome at the ferry until the goodbye-cheese and olive oil! The personal attention from Teo (the owner) made us realize already over the phone that it was going to be great! The house is impeccable with its high standards and its fantastic location with THE view. Grilling on the terrace, a good bottle of local red wine, background music from the sorround sound system and our 3 kids playing in the pool.... JUST GREAT! It is walking distance to Splitska with loads of beaches around! Athough we were there in high season the island doesn't feel crowded at all. Nice hills to go mountain-biking and excellent restaurants all around. I actually didn't want to write a good review about this "secret" pearl because it feels like we want to have it for ourselves...... We have already booked for 2 weeks next year! Marcel C
