Lovely apartment and a perfect spot for our family of 4 to enjoy all the sights of Paris. Apartment was spacious, beds comfortable and we had everything we needed. Rental agency was very easy to reach and helpful. We had a few questions as we settled in and the rental agency was attentive and ensured we solved all concerns. We will definitely be back!!

Excellent experience in Paris

This property was perfect for our family's trip to see Paris. It was very close to restaurants, bakeries, Metro train station, and of course, the Eiffel Tower.

Location is perfect - quite neighborhood

Fabulous apartment in fabulous location

We loved this apartment in Paris. The location was awesome. Apartment was small but we knew that going in - was exactly how it appeared online. Management was great - very available and check in process went very smoothly. Would definitely stay here again - hopefully soon. We had a great stay!!!!

Great location. Flexible space.

Traveling with three teenagers means that the extra space and amenities offered by this property were a blessing. Nice to have a clothes washer/dryer was a plus. The property is located in a great location while still being very quiet.

Fabulous apartment and wonderful neighborhood!

The apartment was well appointed, clean and in a secure building. We loved the nearby restaurants and parks, and proximity to the Metro. Overall, a delightful experience!

Tres Bien!

We enjoyed our stay at this location in Paris! It's located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to a metro stop, the Eiffel Tower, and nice cafes. The rental was nicely furnished, and provided the extra space our family enjoys. We appreciated the AC on a very warm day, and we loved the Nespresso machine to make our morning coffee.

Small but very nice. We were a group of four ladies. Spent most time out touring and experiencing Paris. Bathrooms small but very good. Location very nice. Felt safe...which was very important to us. Would recommend to others.

Family trip to Paris!

Location was key to the apartment! The unit was within walking distance of many restaurants, boulangeries, markets and public transportation. The unit was clean and the property managers were easy to work with. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. I would definitely recommend to stay there!

Fantastic Location

Quite small inside, so don't use if you want to spread out or have a big kitchen. but if you are ok living like a parisian in an amazing part of the city, close to the Eiffel tower, great food, and the metro, this beautifully decorated home is for you!

Location!

Great apartment to have as our base with just as fabulous a location. We walked to the Eiffel Tower and had dinner on the lawn our first night which was amazing! There are restaurants/bistros, grocery and pharmacy within a short walking distance. I will definitely use it as my go to rental for future trips and will suggest it to others

Great location

Near restaurants. Easy access to Metro. Great walks to the Seine, Eiffel Tower, etc. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped--but small. 2 bathrooms, 1 WC. We would stay here again. (Loved the fact that it was on the ground floor!)

Close to Eiffel Tower

Space is modern, small, 1 toilet, 2 bathrooms. Not flexible on checkin time compared to most properties. Easy access to Metro and bus for getting around. Short walk to Eiffel Tower and tour buses. Restaurant and convenience store very close.

Small but comfortable, fantastic location, quiet.

Very nicely presented/decorated. Extremely comfortable beds, good pillows, fluffy towels. Fantastic location, really near great restaurants/shops/metro, market (Sunday & Weds), 15 min walk to Eiffel Tower, 20 min walk to Batobus. 15 min walk to Invallides. 30/40mins from Gare du Nord. La Boulangerie at 10 Rue du Laos is amazing!! Even though the immediate neighbourhood is vibrant and lively the apartment is very quiet! Only negative is there is only ONE toilet and if anyone uses it in the night/early morning it disturbs those sleeping in the living room. We would definitely stay again.

unclean, hadn't been cleaned in a while, wet pillow case left in cupboard, dirty cover on bed, sheets were not clean, no coffee, tea or any type of welcome tray. TV remote did not work so we did not trust the safe. check in process good, location was nice. we have still never gotten any response from management team or owner in 3 months
