Between Saint Germain & Eiffel Tower high ceiling renovated AC 3 bedroom!!!!

This 130 square meter (1400 square feet) three-bedroom three-bathroom duplex apartment is located in a charming and newly renovated townhouse owned by a Franco-American family between Saint Germain des Prés and the Eiffel Tower steps from Invalides, Musée Rodin, the Seine and the Bon Marché. The house is found at the corner of avenue de Breteuil and avenue Duquesne. There are only two residential units in the building, the other one is kept for the owners.

This flat was fully renovated in 2023 by an interior designer using the finest materials and finishes, including a top of the line made-to-measure kitchen with high end appliances, granite countertops, and stocked with nice china, wooden floors, custom made cabinets, nice bathrooms finished in stone and tiles. There is air conditioning in all rooms.
It can sleep up to 7 people (including a air bed for one person).

Please note that one bedroom has nice ventilation but no windows.

Beautiful flat in wonderful neighborhood in Paris. Easy access to metro, dining and shopping. The apartment had so many amenities and lots of space for all our family. Correspondence was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect apartment for my first visit to Paris! It was centrally located near many attractions, amazing restaurants and boulangeries, and a metro station. However, it was a very quiet, beautiful neighborhood, we could relax when taking a break and slept well on comfortable beds. It was warm on our first day, the air conditioning worked well and had no issues. The kitchen was well stocked and housekeeping frequently visited, everything was kept clean. The host provided detailed instructions and had excellent communication, they were waiting for us upon our arrival. I highly recommend this rental and would visit again on my next trip.

Loved our time in Paris! The property was very clean and offered all the amenities needed. Easy check in. Accessibility to metro stations. We took advantage of several of the owner’s recommendations and especially enjoyed Oui Mon General.

The place was just as described. Neighborhood was quiet and safe while the metro and shops were a short distance. The host was helpful with support and we even had assistance with performing spot cleaning and trash removal. This is a beautiful property in a wonderful location. The kitchen in well equipped and easy to use. The location was in easy walking distance of a variety of grocery stores, cafe's, metro stops and tourist sites. We could easily walk to the Eiffel Tower and surrounding areas. Even though it is close to so much it is located on a quiet street and outside noise was never a concern. The host is very welcoming and provided a wealth of information about local stores and travel to and from the airport. The home itself was perfect for our group of 5 (2 adults and 3 young adults). Each bedroom has access to it's own bathroom and was large enough for individual privacy. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay again whenever we are lucky enough to get back to Paris.

Perfect location

So many positives about our stay including the convenient location. We loved that there was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. AC was a priority and this apartment delivered. The place was clean and check in was convenient. While we didn't do any cooking, it was nice to have the refrigerator and the place was well-stocked. Highly recommend this place!

An Amazing Paris Apartment

We are a family of 5 and having your own apartment is key. The Host is extremely helpful and responsive to messages. The apartment was serviced regularly by an awesome gentleman who was extremely helpful. This Paris apartment was very centrally located and felt like home. I would highly recommend booking this VRBO if you are going to visit the amazing city of Paris.

Paris family vacation

My husband and I, our son and his girlfriend and our other adult son stayed at this beautiful property in central Paris. The flat had enough bedrooms, bathrooms, a spacious living area and very large kitchen that made our stay so comfortable for all five of us. We were able to walk to many Paris landmarks as well as markets and restaurants, all close by. This property also has a manager who was very helpful and attentive during our stay and we would absolutely love to come back here again! Thank you!

Great property for family of five

My family with three teenagers loved the property! It is situated on a quiet street in the heart of the 7th Arr., with modern features and updated appliances. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. A rare find with three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and two full showers. You will not be disappointed.

This property was perfect for our needs. My wife and I plus teenage kids fit in the space very well. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well appointed and the location was quiet. We were within a couple of blocks of several metro stations allowing us to easily move around Paris. The property owner was an absolute gentleman and made our stay incredibly convenient. I have no critiques of this property and if you are looking to enjoy Paris with your family I highly recommend you consider this apartment.

Location, location, location

My husband, sister, brother in law and I spent an absolutely wonderful ten days in Paris at the end of April/beginning of May. One of the reasons for that wonderful time was our apartment. First, the location can not be beaten. The neighborhood is a quiet, charming residential one which is a short walk to two Metro stations as well as a plethora of cheese, pastry, bread, and wine shops. Additionally, there are some restaurants just a few blocks away from the apartment where my family and I had the most delicious meals at a reasonable price with lovely service. Second, the apartment itself is laid out well to provide privacy as needed and we loved the kitchen which is large and well stocked. Third, the host and his staff were very welcoming and available throughout our stay. Check in was extremely easy thanks to a person on the staff greeting us at the front door and showing us around the property.

A perfect fit

This property had everything we needed and more. The location was safe and so close to the Eiffel Tower, restaurants and food shopping. The street is lovely. The apartment itself is beautifully designed with the large front window bringing in so much light! Communication between the property manager and owner were wonderful. Our needs were addressed immediately! Our time in Paris was sublime and this space contributed to that sentiment.

A beautiful property in an excellent location.

We stayed there with our daughter, her husband and their two sons, ages 6 and 10. There was enough room for all 6 of us. We ate many of our meals in the beautiful kitchen. The apartment is exquisitely furnished and has lots of space to unpack. There are parks near by and convenient shopping. Light housekeeping was provided during two of our 5 days there which was an extra bonus. We would certainly consider booking this property again when we return with family. The hosts were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond! They suggested activities for our grandsons before we arrived and did research on gluten free options for our grandson. They even arranged a babysitter for us on our last night there so we could have an adult night out. A million thanks for a great stay in Paris!

Wonderful Flat

We had a very nice, comfortable stay at this place. The host was very attentive to our needs & made us feel very welcome. This was a girls family trip & we each had ample room to spread out. So nice having all of the kitchen/bath amenities. Perfect for coming back after a busy day & enjoying a glass of wine & cheese!

Great neighborhood to live like a Parisian

The property is in a great location to explore Paris, and Ludovic is a friendly, responsive, and gracious host. The housekeeper, Anton, does light cleaning daily. He was very responsive when we needed a shower head repair, replacing it that same day. The condo is very well-equipped, even including coffee pods for the espresso machine. There is ample room, including a third floor office area, and the neighborhood is quiet at night. The bedrooms are quite comfortable and private. The wifi works well throughout the house. My only issue is that the property could use some updating of the countertop, tabletop, kitchen rug, and upstairs shower, especially given that it was advertised as "newly-renovated" and the pricing. The recommendations by the owner for cafe's, boulangerie, markets, shopping streets, and bistros/brasseries in the neighborhood was very accurate. We especially enjoyed dinner at Oui Mon General! and went there multiple times. There is the beautiful church of St. Francois Xavier across the street for this inclined.

Modern and clean apartment in great neighborhood

Our family stayed here during the December 2024 holiday. The apartment was beautiful, well-maintained, had comfortable beds, multiple bathrooms, a great kitchen, and a very cozy living room for reading and watching movies. The host was very responsive to all inquiries, the check-in process was easy, and the location was absolutely fantastic - close to the metro and many good restaurants and local shops. We would highly recommend staying here.

We are a Franco-American family based in London, and spending time in Paris and Provence. Ludovic (French) met Olivia (American) during his graduate studies in NYC.
Ludovic began a Paris rental business ten years ago and we now also own three beautiful properties near St Remy de Provence.
We have been fortunate to have met wonderful people through VRBO in the last decade. An appreciation of a certain taste and lifestyle is usually something we have in common with the guests who pick our homes.
Paris and Provence are two places where our family is deeply rooted. We have put a lot of heart into making these homes welcoming and comfortable and we hope that we’ll have the chance to host you !
