Pegaso Ortigia Apartment

Pegaso is a 45-square-meter ground-floor apartment with a private courtyard, ideal for a couple or a family of four. This traditional “dammuso” has been renovated in a shabby-chic style, featuring vintage furniture and exposed stone walls. The apartment is fully furnished and features a bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed (160×190). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. The living room has a double sofa bed (130×190), a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, and a table for four people.<br><br>We provide all linens, including towels, sheets, and blankets. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you’ll need to prepare meals during your stay, including a 4-burner induction cooktop, dishes, kitchen utensils, an oven, a refrigerator, and a freezer. We also provide basic cooking ingredients such as oil, salt, sugar, and coffee. The patio is furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a home-cooked meal or a morning cup of coffee.<br><br>For your convenience, you’ll also find beach towels and a beach umbrella in the apartment; the sun deck is behind the building, and the nearest beach is a 5-minute walk away. A crib and high chair for your child are available upon request. Our building also features a laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. We can also reserve a private, secure parking spot just 200 meters away.<br>Finally, if you’d like to explore the surrounding area without using a car, two vintage bicycles are available (subject to availability; please request at the time of booking).<br><br>Pegaso is the perfect starting point for exploring Ortigia, located just a short walk from the stunning Baroque cathedral and the charming alleys and squares of the historic center. You’ll find numerous restaurants, bars, and shops just a short walk from the apartment. And if you’d like to visit Noto, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, or Catania, the bus station and train station are just a short walk away.
