This modern two bedroom holiday villa is located in Kalkan's Kordere district on the hillside above the centre of town. With it's spectacular sea views and totally private pool , it is an ideal location for those guests looking for a high degree of privacy, be it for religious or other reasons.
The villa is one of a set of twin villas, the two of which could be rented together for larger groups.
The ground floor accommodation comprises of a large open plan lounge / kitchen area, with full height glazing, maximising the breathtaking sea views. There is also a communal cloakroom on this floor. There is direct access from here to the pool terrace and the infinity pool is some 8 x 3.5 meters and with a depth of 1.5 metres. Here there is a secluded alfresco dining area and ample sunbeds.
The two bedrooms are on the upper floor, one with a double bed and the other with twin single beds. Both these bedrooms are spacious and have luxurious extra large jacuzzi baths with sea views. They also both have en-suite bathrooms and sea view balconies .
There is parking adjacent to the villla, and wifi internet.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 1750 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
