Situated in the upmarket village of Lelant, 3 The Manor sits opposite The West Cornwall Golf Course and is just eight minute's walk from the spectacular sands of Porthkidney Sands.
3 The Manor is a gorgeous place to retreat to after sun-drenched days spent down on the beach, and with a wealth of beautiful sights to visit and explore in the area, it offers its guests a taste of the best of West coast Cornish life.
Inside, the stylish decor combines grand features with modern furnishings to lend a sophisticated edge, where three double bedrooms (two of which are en-suite) provide six guests with plenty of room to unwind in. A fantastic open plan living/ dining area creates a welcoming hub for entertaining and socialising, while a well-equipped kitchen is poised to effortlessly tackle even the most cheffy of dinner menus.
Bright and airy throughout, guests can expect sumptuous seating to lounge on and deliciously comfortable beds to sink into, with the addition of an Xbox and games room (complete with football table) ensuring that both the grown-ups and children are entertained even on those wetter days.
With its miles of golden sand and clear water, Porthkidney Beach which lies at the mouth of the Hayle Estuary, is just a short stroll from the property and here guests will discover a wonderful place to enjoy beach strolls or water sports all year round. The nearby towns of St Ives, Penzance and Marazion also offer a host of family-friendly attractions that include wildlife parks, sculpture gardens and geographical landmarks.
The iconic West Cornwall Golf Club (which is the oldest in the duchy) is just two minutes' walk from the property. This is a testing seaside course so probably not the best option if you’re a beginner, however for those with some experience it’s said to be challenging and fun in equal measure. The course itself has a few quirky holes (laid out around the church) and is wonderfully natural, with its elevated location providing magical views across the St Ives Bay, and to the Atlantic Ocean beyond. Guests can pre-book before their stay and there is no handicap required.
The property welcomes two medium sized dogs, however dogs must be kept on the lead within the car park.
Property sleeps a total of 8. The property can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults plus two children on trundle beds.
Good Housekeeping Bond We ask our guests for a £200 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Lovely apartment
Lovely apartment. However extremely cold on arrival 14.5 on google nest and took along time to get warm. Otherwise fabulous. Location to beach was great. We were very lucky with the weather.

Lovely property in great location
We travelled just as couple with our golden retriever pup .lovely property would be brilliant for families .the space was enormous but very modern and comfy .parking on site and great beach walk with 2 mins walk to church and down the track to the beach .even in Feb the area is stunning

Great apartment in a fab location
Wonderful apartment in a fab location. Very near to some lovely beaches and walks around the area. Great quality furniture, very comfortable beds with luxurious decor that combine the features of modern furnishings, giving it a very sophisticated edge. Highly recommended to everyone

Relaxing quiet stay!
Many positives about this property, possibly one of the nicest & largest we’ve stayed in. Very well equipped, good location (hardly used the car) Train service was great…..
Negatives - requested on our booking form for an additional bed to be made up, on arrival this hadn’t been done. We knew who to contact, they arrived promptly and just gave us the bedding (so we made up the bed!)
Also parking, we arrived and someone was parked in our allocated space, after possibly 5 minutes of our arrival we had residents knocking at the door telling us to move our car.
In addition residents dogs fouling outside the door!

Relaxing break!
This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. The first time it was immaculate and everything was in excellent condition. Unfortunately this time the cleanliness wasn’t great, lots of items hadn’t been looked after & the house just looked worn. I did make contact with Luxury Coastal and I received some compensation for our stay. Some things were rectified and dirty items were removed from the property, couldn’t use one showers as the door had been broken & removed. Not made aware of this until we arrived!
We had to clean the property on arrival and made sure it was spotless on departure, cleaner when we left it than when we arrived!
Due to this we have booked elsewhere next year.
Lovely area, would recommend, however on this occasion the cleaners let it down.
