Río Nueces, acceso privado, excelentes vistas

Esta propiedad es ordenada, limpia y cómoda. Tiene increíbles vistas de las colinas desde el interior y el exterior de la casa y está rodeado de hermosos robles. Cada habitación tiene cómodas camas nuevas con sábanas de algodón. Hay una cocina completa y todos los electrodomésticos funcionan muy bien. Hay un nuevo aire central que trabaja duro para mantener todo extremadamente cómodo. El plano de planta está abierto y se presta maravillosamente para entretener con los cocineros capaces de unirse a la diversión con los que están en el comedor, la sala y la mesa del desayuno.
Hay una barbacoa en el patio trasero con muchas sillas para disfrutar de la vista.
Además: la casa está ubicada en 10 acres, que también contiene una almohadilla con conexión eléctrica (20-50 amperios) de agua y alcantarillado para remolques de viaje que está disponible para alquiler nocturno.

La propiedad tiene acceso al río. El río está a un corto paseo rocoso de la propiedad. Tendrás que usar zapatillas para que sea más fácil navegar. (caminar hacia el río no apto para discapacitados o ancianos)

The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Communication was clear and the property itself was spotless and exactly as described. Their responsiveness and genuine care for our experience made this stay unforgettable. Highly recommend.

We have been staying at the Ranchito for several years, and it is clear why! The location is perfect! There is a gate to access the river which makes it ideal for smaller children. When you first get in, it is shallow-ish water, perfect for just sitting around the river with a canopy. However, all short walk upstream gets deep enough to swim and wade fish. The perfect water conditions. It is a quick drive into town for anything that we may have forgotten, which is seldom because Dawne has almost everything provided anyways! It is clean, super cozy, and a great place to unplug and make great memories!

Great country getaway

This was such a lovely and refreshing stay, away from the hustle & bustle! We absolutely loved this gem of place; from the river banks, to the beautiful backyard views of the TX Hill Country! We absolutely recommend this place!

Great Stay

Location is perfect!

Property is close to the damn, and close to town but the home itself is remote and serene. Comfy beds, great yard, fire pit and grill. It was our 3rd time staying here and not it last!

Wonderful Hill Country Getaway

Our family of 5 had an absolute blast here! The property is beautiful with amazing views of the surrounding hills. The river on-site is a perfect refreshing place to hang out and wade around. Nice cool clear water for hot days. The house is charming and clean. The host was very responsive and willing to help and advise about anything on-property or in the area. Only about half an hour away from beautiful Garner State Park. This place is a fantastic getaway! Thank you!

Do not believe the pictures!!! The pictures were NOT the same. In fact, it is so much more beautiful, homey, spacious, and free than the pictures could ever depict. I love this place. Very friendly folks. Fast reply time, and was the best place ive stayed in the hillcountry. Completely quiet at night. You can see the milky way!!! The river is so refreshing and its close to all the hot spots like Garner, and Chalk Bluff. Yall gotta stay here for a good time with family, friends, or lovers. Its very romantic. My partner and I watched the sunrise on their swinging bench and i cried.

Peaceful getaway

Loved the house! We enjoyed the movies that were there and the short walk to the river. We had a lot of fun finding beautiful and unique rocks.

Beautiful Hill Country Retreat

Everything was perfect for our stay at the ranchito! We enjoyed the views in the morning and sunset, quiet and peaceful area . House was clean and comfortable, the river was perfect for the kids. I will be booking in the future again!

Great place to unplug and relax

This is a great place to come and unwind, the scenes are beautiful, the river is only a short walk, and the water is great on hot summer days. The BBQ pit came in handy, and the house is well equipped. This was our second stay here and hope to keep coming back.

This picture is of me and my wonderful real estate agent, Ray McDonald. This is the first day I saw our property. I have a heart for the beautiful Texas Hill Country and therefore decided to purchase this property as our home away from home. We want others to get away from the city, unplug and connect to family and to this wonderful area as well.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I bought this property because it is close enough to the rive to hear the running water, walk to from the house and see from my back yard. There is a flood plain between the house and river which makes it safe and fun to be at when there is a storm/downpour. The water comes rushing down from the hill country and we watch it in awe and safety from out lawn chairs. The view is amazing from inside and outside of the house also.

Our property has some awesome benefits:
1. Just off the highway so easily accessible for any type of vehicle.
2. Only 40 minutes from Uvalde if in need for a city fix.
3. 2 miles into Camp Wood for restaurants, shopping and meals.
4. Close to the dam where you can drop in your canoes and float to the house.
5. Great Yard for kids to play.
6. Wonderful for guests, great place for a family reunion.
