This 4 bedroom Holiday villa with private pool and Jacuzzi is located in the national park of Cape Greco in a very quite complex. The villa is ideal for a family vacation, within walking distance of the famous Konnos Beach, shops and restaurants.

There is much to be said about The Amelie House, hidden away in a great location! Though not a beach front property, this house sleeping six adjoins a Nature Reserve area named "Pyrki" after a watchtower located in the vicinity. Attention to detail is evident throughout, and the features are many. Our favorite area here is the garden facing the Nature Reserve area. Featuring a meander of decks and levels set within beautiful gardens you will find a great area for outdoor dining, a gazebo also good for nude sunbathing, a large high spec jacuzzi (safe for young children as it has a heavy lid providing a degree of security), an outdoor sound system, an orchard complete with fruit bearing trees, a BBQ area, an outdoor shower. The private swimming pool has optional heating.

The inside can hardly be criticized. Electronic consoles, large TV and entertainment center, a choice of channels, leather sofas, indoor plants have all been placed over time and refined to the point where one can argue that nothing of substance is missing-including the proud owner who is very happy to oblige and quickly act on any issues under our supervision and guidance.

On the ground floor you will find a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area. The living room is furnished with comfortable furniture, as well as a large TV. A large sofa-bed in the living room makes for relaxing and comfortable entertaining. Also, on this floor you will find a a bedroom with two single beds that can be connected to become a king-size bed.

On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a large family bathroom. Two bedrooms are fitted with one double bed each, and the third bedroom with two single beds that can be connected to become a king-size bed.


Venturing further, a footpath starting from the amelie leads to a hideaway cove 100m away..you are now on the E4 European Nature Trail that leads to a multitude of better (and lesser) known beauties, leading ultimately to the pristine white sand Blue Flag Konnos Bay. The amelie House is as close as it gets to bordering the Cape Greco National Park and we can recommend it with ease.

Private road walk distance to the beach

Located midway between the resort centre and Cape Greco national park, this area of Protaras offers scenic surroundings in a quiet location. The nearest beaches and resort amenities are just 5 minutes drive away and Ayia Napa is 7 minutes drive away.
The Cape Greco area offers a peaceful and tranquil setting for visitors who want to be in a relaxing area within easy reach of the resort areas. Located just 5 minutes’ drive from both Protaras and the livelier resort of Ayia Napa, Cape Greco is well known for its private and secluded villas along with amazing sea views over the eastern coastline.

Spend a day at the popular Konnos Bay Beach with its crystal clear waters and soft white sand before heading back to enjoy a delicious meal at one of the many restaurants in Protaras or Ayia Napa. For those who love the outdoors, take a morning or afternoon walk along one of the many coastal paths that the area offers through the Cape Greco nature trail or have a barbeque evening at one of the many picnic sights whilst enjoying the views.

There is a bus stop a few hundred metres away from the villa where you can get buses to Pernera and Ayia Napa, Kapparis. From Larnaca Airport it is 45 minutes by taxi or car.

We advise you to book early if you are looking for the high season period between June to August.

The months of September and October offer a good combination of sea and ambient temperature, good choice of restaurants and amenities around, excellent walking weather, good prices and a more relaxed mood.

The period from November to March is are especially suited for all sorts of activities involving nature, at a beautiful Cape Greco which comes alive with a riot of colors and smells, and at a very reasonable cost. The reason for this is the preference for very high temperatures of local holiday makers, which leave availability high during this season. With Decembers sometimes touching the 20's, and January till March being unpredictable and sometimes wild fun at the Cape, with wet walks and a glass of wine later.

Spring is always a wonderful time of the year, our blossoming Cape Greco literally fills a tome of flowering species, with beautiful temperatures ranging in the 20's to 30's and many places to walk to and explore with comfort and ease.

Summer time at this property is bound to be busy and bustling, with the major advantage being that you can just walk to the Blue Flag Konnos Bay beach (10 minutes) instead of driving to it. The road access to this beach can get crowded by cars during July and August, and if you have to drive the route be ready to take more time that walking to it!
