Esta suntuosa casa de cuatro dormitorios (más) den ski-in / ski-out se encuentra en Beaver Creek Village y ofrece un excelente acceso tanto a la localidad turística como a las pistas.

Esta espectacular casa de 4,400 pies cuadrados, situada justo en la montaña, está decorada con muebles y arte de primera clase, apropiados para cualquier viajero exigente. Los huéspedes tienen excelente acceso directo a las pistas de esquí durante el invierno, así como senderos para caminatas convenientes durante los meses de verano.

Disfruta de dos salas de estar separadas, además del estudio, ideal para relajarte con familiares y amigos. Caliéntate los pies junto a la chimenea, juega al billar, disfruta de una película en uno de los seis televisores de plasma grandes o simplemente relájate en tu propio jacuzzi privado al aire libre.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is beautiful, clean and comfortable. It is well furnished including everything and more we needed in the kitchen. The ski in ski out location is just across the street from the home which is very convenient. The home is close enough to downtown Beaver Creek to walk to restaurants and shopping. We had a group of 9 adults and found the home to be very comfortable and enjoyable for everyone. We enjoyed the large hot tub on the back patio and the pool table on the bottom floor was fun for our group. The management/host was always available to us by phone to answer any questions we had during our stay. We were offered concierge service to set up private transport to and from the airport for us as well as recommendations for ski rentals and restaurants which made planning our vacation much easier. We had house keeping service 3 times during the week of our stay included, which was a treat to have beds made with clean sheets and fresh towels provided each time. I give this home and our experience 5 stars. We really enjoyed our stay at this property as well as received excellent service from the management company!

Nice property but too many hassles with the management group

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check-in was very rushed. Our "host kept moving the check-in earlier and earlier because she was leaving town and then hurried through it. We were informed shortly before arrival that it was a no shoe home and that the carpet was new. The carpet was "newer" and very light colored. There was already one stain on it in one of the bedrooms (like from a rusty can). We honored the no shoe aspect but were informed when we left that the carpet need a deep clean and $600 of our deposit $3000 was held back. The company said they would try to get insurance to cover the cost. The host was not helpful with our golf outings. We had scheduled some deliveries at the property since we were staying for a month. We were informed afterward that we could not receive them and needed have them sent to the management company which charged a fee to accept and deliver them. After our stay, it took 5 weeks and many calls and emails to get our deposit back. They did apologize and ended up returning our full deposit. The property was great, just not our experience with the management company.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful property at the base of the Beaver Creek Ski lifts. Great location and a beautiful setting. The unit is about 15 years old so it does need some upgrades including new living area furniture. The HVAC system is a real challenge and needs to be upgraded or completely replaced. The Audio/Visual systems are very dated and they also need to be upgraded.

The house was very comfortable and luxurious. And the kitchen was well appointed. I would highly recommend this rental for both winter and summer.

115 Village Walk Gals Trip

Best Vacation Ever!

We stayed at this property for Thanksgiving. It is an absolutely gorgeous house and offers every amenity you can dream of. We were even able to cook a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner in the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen. I always spend a lot of time researching possible rentals before our vacations, and trust me you will not find a house to rent in Beaver Creek that is better than this one! We will be back!

It IS a nice place

We have stayed in the same place on village walk now for a number of years. It is a beautiful place and the management has been quite helpful over the years. However, this year the rate went up significantly and we simply felt it was way overpriced this year and likely will not return. The hype of a lot of snow likely drove the money grab, but this early in December is just rarely good. As it turned out, there were bare spots on the mountain and it was bad. This is our 12th year and having paid 50% more this year (which was negotiated way down from the original position) we will not be back to this condo for year 13. The place is beautiful though and very well placed in Beaver Creek.

Thanks for the feedback. Obviously, we cannot control snowfall but we regret the conditions weren't as ideal as you would have liked. We did increase the price, for the first time in eight years, but we're well within the market rates for a world class ski in/ski out home in Beaver Creek. If you shop around, and you must have before making a decision to book it, I think you'll feel the same. Thanks again for your past business, we hope to have you back again soon.

Beaver Creek Gem

Just spent a week at this outstanding property. The home is spacious, clean, well-maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. The setting is very scenic, with the deck overlooking Beaver Creek. Beaver Creek village is a short walk away. We utilized the fully-equipped kitchen to do quite a bit of cooking--it even has two dishwashers. The entertainment area on the lower level is great. Property manager is responsive and communicates well. There is a lot to do in the area and this home contributes a lot to the overall enjoyment of a vacation stay.

Perfect

Just got back from 5 days at 115 Village Walk and wanted to let interested parties know this is a great home with a perfect location to Beaver Creek Village. Home sits on the creek, easy walking distance to the village where you can find great restaurants, golf, hiking, fishing, biking, etc. The home has every amenity, is spacious, sleeps at least 4 couples and provides plenty of gathering space as well as individual privacy. This home meet not only my expectations, but also those traveling with us, and we are already talking about a return visit next summer. The rental price for the home was very fair and I would not hesitate to recommend this great place to anyone.
