All accidents were communicated to guests in advance. We had a short circuit that caused some breakdowns and lack of connection to other rooms. However, we spoke to the guests and they were very understanding and did not raise any issues. Regarding the incident with Ricardo's friend in the pool, yes, it was indeed regrettable and beyond our control as the owners of the house. I called immediately and expressed my regret for what had happened, but the matter seemed to be resolved. Given the circumstances, I thought it would be best to return some of the money and informed the guests. It would always be a reasonable amount, since I had suggested it and they had not objected or complained about any problems and had also completed their stay until the end. Having said that, the guest demanded a refund of at least 3,000 euros or threatened to complain and leave bad reviews on the platform. Now, I do not give in to blackmail. You should be ashamed of yourself for trying to blackmail someone, especially when goodwill and understanding began on my part.
