The property composed of a villa with 300 sqm and land with 8000 sqm is located in a protected area in the Natural Park of Sintra Cascais. The access is very easy and although there are other houses in the area, there is total privacy. The location of the property is excellent since it is 5 mn away from Praia Grande and Praia da Adraga and of a small village that has all we need, supermarket, pharmacy, small clinic, hairdresser, butcher, fresh fish, groceries coffee shops etc., a5 minutes away from the Sintra Historic Center where you can visit all the historic Sintra monuments classified by Unesco as world heritage and 15 minutes away from the center of Cascais and Guinch Beach. Lisbon is just 30 mn away.
The house is very well decorated. It has 5 bedrooms (with double beds) of which 3 are ensuite bedrooms. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. The bedrooms have french windows to the garden. All beds have comfortable mattresses and 100% cotton sheets. Bath towels and beach towels of excellent quality are also provided. There is a big living room with comfortable sofás that through big glass sliding doors leads directly to the garden, to an exterior area with 12 seats and tables for outside lunch, dinner or breakfast. The house has a dining room with 12 seats and a big table. The TV room has two comfortable sofas, the TV is a flat screen and there is cable TV. All the house has an excellent view to the garden, sea and mountain. At night one can see the light from the Cabo da Roca light house . The house is surrounded by a big lawned garden where there is a heated pool fenced for safety of small children. The kitchen is modern and is fully equipped with all that is necessary to cook.

Daily cleaning, chef service and transport from and to the airoport is possible upon request and subject to extra cost.
