Acomódese en nuestro acogedor estudio, donde se despertará con una hermosa vista del Duero. Con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia confortable, podrá relajarse y disfrutar de lo mejor de la ciudad, en pleno centro.

Para su comodidad, el espacio cuenta con un cuarto de baño privado, lo que garantiza la privacidad y la comodidad durante su estancia.

Para que empieces bien las mañanas, hemos incluido el desayuno en tu estancia. Se entregará en una cesta en la puerta de tu estudio entre las 9 y las 10 de la mañana. Sólo una pequeña nota: si decide saltárselo, no podremos ofrecerle un reembolso.

Esperamos que disfrute de su estancia.

Los huéspedes tendrán acceso a toda la propiedad.

There are two parts to this review. First the actual room. It was clean, comfortable, in a great location, with good amenities. The issues with this listing come with the service.When I originally booked this room, I saw in the listing that is had 2 beds (1 single, 1 double), however, in the image it only showed 1 double. I contacted the home owner letting her know I was coming with my 13 year old son, and she confirmed that the room would have the 2 beds listed (1 single, 1 double). Upon arriving at approximately 9:30pm, we found only 1 double bed. I contacted the host and was sent this response "The information we have is there is a double bed and simple bed in the living room" Strange response since the entire unit is only one room. After reiterating this, the next response was "Did you look around, do you see this space" At this point, I realised the host had no idea what the space consisted of or quite possibly had never been to the space. In the end, we shared a single bed. Finally after numerous calls and much back and forth at 4pm on the second day, someone brought the missing single bed. In addition, while the breakfast was nice, someone knocking violently on the door abruptly waking us before 8am each morning to deliver it was not.And, the internet did not work for the first 36 hours we were there. Had to tell them to send someone to reset it. So in summary, nice space, great location, but hosts who have no idea about the properties they are managing.

The stay was overall amazing. We felt very comfortable and safe further it was also a very private stay. The location is great and all important things are close by. As other guests have also mentioned, it‘s a bit noisy due to the street infront of the building but it didn’t really bother us and we got used to it. The bed‘s were confortable and the citchen is very well equipped. Self Check-In was very easy and we got all relevant information in advance which were also well explained. Communication with the hosts worked well when we needed. WiFi was good too. The only thing that didn’t really worked with us, was that the housekeeping didn’t come every day or at least they didn’t clean eventhough we hangout the sign. But it was okay for us. We would definitely book this room any time again.
