The Space:
This Porto Ercole villa is set in just over an acre of grounds and provides guests with complete privacy. The setting is peaceful and quiet, with immaculately kept mature gardens full of colourful plants and flowers and with an array of seating areas to enjoy.

Inside, this Porto Ercole villa is laid out over three floors. On the ground floor, is a beautiful, spacious living and dining area as well as an extremely well-equipped kitchen. The owner has a real eye for colour and the overall feel is vibrant, welcoming and stylish. There is also a small single bedroom on this floor, boasting an ensuite bathroom with shower.

Up a flight of stairs, the first floor is home to a delightful double bedroom with ensuite shower room. A second bedroom on this floor can be arranged either as a triple room with 3 single beds or as a double room with additional single bed if required. Again, it boasts an ensuite bathroom, this time with bath tub.

The master bedroom is on the top floor of the house and has an ensuite shower room as well as access to a private terrace which enjoys phenomenal panoramic views of the surrounding area. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and all windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

Outside, the space at this Porto Ercole villa is just as stunning. Perfectly manicured lawns are surrounded by perfectly presented flower beds. An outdoor dining area can be found under the shade of a pergola whilst additional outdoor lounge seating can be found on other terraces within the gardens and olive grove as well as within the beautiful private courtyard. BBQ facilities are available for those who enjoy al fresco dining. There is a table tennis table to keep you entertained whilst a private swimming pool ( 4 x 8 metres and 1.3 metres deep) provides the perfect place to cool off from the heat of the Summer sun. Loungers are provided on the adjacent wooden-decked terrace. Both beach towels and pool towels are also provided.

The Neighborhood:
So peaceful is it, that this Porto Ercole villa may feel like it's in the middle of nowhere, but in fact, Porto Ercole is just a 5 minute walk away. Here you'll find a plethora of restaurants, bars, shops and markets. Porto Ercole can also boast a lively nightlife scene. If you're more of a beach lover than someone who wants to be by the pool, then the sandy beach of La Feniglia is just a short drive away. Alternatively, hire bikes or e-bikes and make your way to the coast on 2 wheels instead!

Other Things to Note:
We love this Porto Ercole villa and we love its owner, Benedetta, who works tirelessly to keep it immaculately maintained year on year. She also wants to ensure guests get to completely relax and switch off during their stay so housekeeping come to clean 2 hours a day, 5 days a week and linen is changed every Friday. Should guests wish, we can also provide catering and an ironing service for a small extra charge.
