So stunned and disappointed for this so unfair and truthless review! Dimitra made this reservation 4 months prior to arrival. After constant communication and numerous requests I proceeded to: PRIOR TO ARRIVAL - Make phone calls for Covid tests arrangements prior to their return home - Make phone calls for hiring a private boat to Elafonisos - Help check details for their trip ONCE IN GREECE/ PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AT THE PROPERTY - Asked a myriad of questions about local festivals, which though cancelled due to Covid, insisted that I find some entertainment regardless - Asked to make reservations for local beaches, tavernas and also contacting again the local boats. This was where my goodwill ran out, as though always happy to even go out of my way, these were demands and expectactions of an all inclusive full travel concierge service - 10 days prior to arrival, due to the upcoming extreme heatwave, she asked about the air conditioning. I informed her that only one bedroom had an a/c unit and that all other rooms had fans, noting that this was clearly mentioned in the listing details and OFFERED HER THE OPTION TO CANCEL WITH FULL REFUND. They came after all. UPON ARRIVAL AT THE HOUSE - They complained about the heat, in the midst of unprecedented wildfires, so trying my very best, I made arrangements for two extra high-strength fans to be delivered within the hour - When told that a pipe under the bathroom sink had suddenly dislocated, I arranged for a plumber to fix it within the hour - The extraordinary statement that the sink/appliances weren’t working is totally untruthful, as the annual check of electrics/plumbing was performed the previous day. She finally admitted that one of her kids had accidentally broken the pipe Finally they demanded a refund and when I explained why I couldn’t, she decided to act vindictively I was extremely polite and stayed in touch to make sure they arrived safely in Athens, so I am really offended by her comment about me being unsympathetic, after all the time and effort I put to satisfy all their demands. Unfortunately I wrote an excellent review, as I felt this was a unique situation in the midst of difficult pandemic times” HOWEVER AFTER ALL THESE BLATANT LIES, I WISH I DIDN’T! Turns out that she was arrogant, disrespectful and spoiled, believing that the world is made just to serve her! No other host should accept her as I really don’t know how much one could charge to tolerate which people like her!
