From travelers to voyagers, who wish to feel like home even though far away from home. We have created a cozy modern house with traditional minimal elements.

The Beach House is located 35 meters from the most extraordinary beach of the island, the black sand beach. Volcanic black sand and boundless blue sea blend together in a fascinating landscape.

The Beach House is an 83 sq. meters’ place which can accommodate up to 4 persons. Couples, Honeymooners, a family or friends can stay in comfort and enjoy the joyful sunlit atmosphere.

The Beach house consists of a master bedroom with a double bed, high quality of linen, air condition and sophisticated furniture. Master bedroom which is surrounded by white and red colors, strikes the harmonic balance of relaxation and passion…

A fully equipped open-plan kitchen provides you the amenities to prepare breakfast and cook meals. There is an electric oven with plates, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, cutlery, plates, cups water and wine glasses and a dining table for 4-6 persons. Compile everything you need to make your self-catering easier.

In the bathroom there’s a bath tube to enjoy a shower or a relaxing and healing bath with salt baths . The house also has a boiler to provide you with warm water at all times, and a user friendly washing machine that comprise a full functional house.

In the living room there is a specially designed area hosting a Double Bed with high quality linen and a closet for extra storage room. Also, in the same room there is a sofa which can turn into a bed-sofa for two under request. The place is accommodated with air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi access.

The porch comprises an airy tent, a stylish white outdoor sofa armchairs and coffee table; suitable for relaxation, reading, enjoying the sun and having BBQ any time you wish.

The Beach House is suitable for children and pet friendly.

Amantes Amentes Beach house operates as well during off-season months, that is from December to March. At this period of time, Saint George, Perivolos – where Amantes Amentes is located – is a very quite and isolated area of the island which is ideal if you seek for isolation and quietness. It is also ideal for writers, musicians and all kinds of artists who desire to get carried away by the creativity and get inspired by the mesmerizing wildness and astonishing beauty of the winter seaside. Water: Please use water with respect as there are no natural springs on this island and the water supply system as in every island is not very operative. So the Beach house as with most houses in Santorini utilizes high quality filtered rain water. Tap water can be used for washing, bathing, brushing your teeth, washing fruits and vegetables. However, it is advised that you drink bottled mineral water.

They were so lovely and so welcoming! I loved my time staying here. The location is private, very close to the beach and so relaxing. This is definitely in my top 5 places to go back to!

I found the place clean and tidy. Within close walking distance of the ocean. The owner was easy to communicate with. The front patio was lovely to have a breakfast. Having an air-conditioner in the kitchen/lounge room area and in the bedroom was a bonus. Having a washing machine was good. As I was on holidays for three weeks before I got there.

Super tolle Ferienwohnung, tolle Lage, direkt am Strand, ideal für Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern. Die Ausstattung ist auch super für kleine Gerichte zu kochen. Die Vermieter kümmern sich auch super gut und schnell. Viele gute Restaurants in der Strandpromenade, ruhige Lage. Mietwagenverleih Hariz zwei Straßen weiter auch sehr zu empfehlen.

Cozy Beach House

This place was 3-5 mins from restaurants from mini market for people who want to eat out or stay in, and literally 1 min away from the beach! Perfect if you want a reset and restful couple of days. There is a place where you can rent a car or call a taxi if you wish to visit the city. The host was checking in and gave wonderful recommendations ! Would be back

Great spot away from the tourist hoards

The property was very comfortable for a family with a nice outdoor area to eat and hang out. Comfy beds and big shower. Very close to the beach and restaurants and an easy walk or drive to supermarkets. We like that the area was quiet compared to Fira and Oia, thw ocean was beautiful to swim in and we hired a car to see the rest of the island. Unfortunately we were all sick upon arrival so we didnt have the chance to explore as much as we'd have liked. Kostas was a friendly host and his parents helped us feel welcome and solve a few small issues.

L'appartement est très bien situé, à quelques dizaines de mètres de la mer. Bien équipé et très propre. L'accueil formidable des parents de l'hôte, d'une extrême gentillesse. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Beautiful Home in Santorini

The home was immaculately cleaned and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. Road to property was narrow, but parking area was large and we had no issue getting our rental car in and out. Lots of towels was nice. Was nice to wash our clothes. The Santorini warm winds dried our clothes quickly! Close to many restaurants, vehicle rental, mini mart, and water sports rentals. Made friends with Sunny J owner. After just a few conversations it was as if we were long time friends. Even offered to cook our fish if we caught one off the beach, but I only caught an eel. Small issues: Could not find frying pan, but made big pots work. Hot water was tricky, but we managed. We would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive to our needs.

Very nice location and cute property

We were very comfortable here. Everything we needed was close by. People are very friendly. The house had all we needed accept could not figure out how to work coffee machine but that way okay too. Loved how close to the beach and restaurants were as well. Commication was great too.

Amazing apartment close to quiet beach

This apartment was exactly what we had hoped for - 30 seconds walk from a beautiful black beach with lots of open area. The apartment is lovely - very clean and has everything you need down to a few nice touches such as beach toys (bat/ball, some inflatables), towels. There are very good cooking and laundry facilities. The veranda is really nice, allowing us to sit outside in the evening. It has comfy seats and plenty of space for the whole family. The checkin was a delight with Kostas' parents taking us through everything and making sure we have everything we need. Check out was equally as easy with the parents arriving to see that everything was ok and wish us well on our way. We were 5 - 2 adults and 2 teens and a child and all were very comfortable. I really do recommend this place to anyone - couple wanting quiet getaway to family wanting a nice safe place to stay with plenty of restaurants, mini-markets and a fab beach away from the main crowds. We used buses to get around with the nearest stop in Perivolos - about 10 mins walk away Our tip - walk to Perissa if you want more action during the day and then come back to the tranquility of the beach house later.

Super plus!

We just left the beach house and are hoping that our next stay will be as perfect as this was!! Never had a house so near to the beach, with all facilities you need. Great beach where you don’t need shoes to get in to the water. If you buy a drink or have lunch, the bed/ parasol is for free. Really relaxing and kind people. Kostas and his parents are lovely people and make sure that their property is clean and help you with all your questions. The terrace is perfect to relax late afternoon and evening. Put on the small candles, drink wine and enjoy. 😍

Wonderful

This house is right by Black Beach and has a great restaurant next to it. The bus trip to town is a little difficult, it's worth it to stay in this area.

An awesome base camp when exploring Santorini!!!

The entire experience from pre-check in to check out was outstanding. Excellent WELL APPOINTED property, quite and secluded with beach access less than half a block away. The Property owners parents were truly a gift to deal with (check in and check out)-charming beyond words. Private parking and easy access to everywhere-local shopping was wonderful and everyone that we came in contact with was helpful and friendly. My only regret would have come from NOT staying here... A+++++

Six days in Santorini

This little beach house has all you need. It’s 100 steps to the beach down a quiet narrow alley. Many restaurants within a few feet. The little outdoor area is cozy and a nice escape from the sun. Limited linens only one beach towel. No face cloths. If we ever came back we would rent it again.

Amantes Amentes'' means Lovers are Lunatics... Well, we are lovers and ''crazy'' about travelling... Our names are Joanna and Kostas. We are sound engineers and sound designers who live in Athens, Greece. Kostas' roots are in Santorini, from his father to his grandfather who were born in Thira, an alternative name for the island of Santorini.Thira took its name after the first colonist of the island, a Spartan. Kostas who spent his childhood vacations on this beautiful island, developed a huge love for exploration and a great sense of hospitality. Joanna, whose family comes from Athens, is an urban center child. She and her family have explored many destinations in Greece through road trips and adventure traveling, that infused her with the sense of home everywhere she goes. Relaxation, Exploration Travelling, and Comfort are the motivating powers which inspired us to reconstruct and renovate the old property of Kostas’ father.

The Beach house is located in the area of Saint George, Perivolos. This part of the island is known for the Black Beach. This spectacular beach of Santorini lies in the southern end of the island. The beach is distinguished for the black volcanic sand and its sparkling blue waters. Perivolos is one of the most well-organized beaches of Santorini offering a plethora of exciting water sports facilities and relaxing luxury spots with sunbeds and umbrellas. Saint George is close to Perissa which is 3 km away. On the beachfront there are plenty of taverns, bars, cafes and restaurants serving all kinds of refreshments, local delicacies and fresh fish.
