10 meters from the Beach!

It's a family guesthouse in Santorini located in the heart of Perissa village but in a very quiet area. This charming house has been designed and built according to the traditional architecture of Santorini. Another fabulous advantage is its location of 10 meters distance from the famous and popular black Perissa Beach. Therefore it is the perfect house to enjoy the sun and sea in absolute tranquillity.

The house is 45sq.m. and has a separate bedroom with a traditionally built queen size bed and a big closet. It also has a loft with 2 single beds overlooking the living room. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
There is one WC with a very spacious shower.
In the small but fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare a meal: a cooker, a fridge, and of course cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils and a coffee maker.
A 30sq.m. private terrace on the ground floor and a secluded balcony on the upper floor are there for you to dine, relax and sunbathe under the greek summer sun.

Facilities such as an iron board with iron, hairdryer are also provided. The house has also air-condition, internet access and TV.
Cleaning services are provided free of charge upon request.

Perissa black beach is the best and therefore more popular beach of the island and it is only a step away from our guesthouse!
Facilities like bakeries, grocery stores, laundry, car and motorbike rentals are only at a 5min walking distance away.
Lots of restaurants, beach bars and water sport clubs are located along the beach road.
There is free private parking area on the premises and the bus stop is only at a 100m distance from the guest house.

We live next to the guest house so we are present on a daily basis to assist your needs and requests.

We expect from our guests to respect our home, the quiet hours, the area and comply with the basic rules of hospitality.

Please note that the second bedroom (with 2 twin beds) is an open loft accessed by a stair that may create difficulty to elderly persons or very young children and has no stair gate.

Also we have to underline that the house can accommodate perfectly 2 up to 4 persons. We do not recommend the accommodation of more persons because we think that it would be too crowded except if it is a family of 5 with small children.

We spent our honeymoon here for 11 nights!! It was very clean, comfy and homey!! The host was most helpful and friendly!! The beach is right in front of the property and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops!! Such a wonder place!! We will be back!!

We were excited to return after 25 years to Perissa and its black beach remote from busy Thira, but my how the years have changed the town. Entire beachfront built out with hotels, restaurants and umbrellas and chairs on the beach. Once we adjusted, we really enjoyed the location and proprietors of all the shops and restaurants. This property was cute, clean and well appointed, but the photos and description did not make clear that the 2nd bedroom is an open loft above the kitchen. Air conditioning was in main room/loft and did not circulate well to main bedroom. Owners/managers were terrific to work with including figuring out motorbike rentals, restaurants and sailing adventure. Short drive/ride to Thira and the rest of Santorini.

Cute place meters from the beach!

We loved our stay here. It’s a great location. Nice sized bathroom and shower. Cleaning lady would come in and tidy up every day. Great communication with the host. Fantastic restaurants within walking distance. And the beach is literally across the street from the place.

Eine tolle Unterkunft und eine perfekte Betreuung durch die Vermieter

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen im Haus von Irini und Ihrer Familie. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, liebevoll gestaltet und befindet sich in toller Lage. Es bietet bequem für 4 Personen Platz. Der Strand und viele Tavernen sind nur wenige Meter entfernt und trotzdem liegt es sehr ruhig. Alles ist top gerichtet und top sauber. Täglich wird gereinigt und regelmäßig werden Bettbezug und Handtücher gewechselt - diesen Service hatten wir bisher noch nicht. Die Vermieter sind äußerst behilflich in allen Fragen und belangen. Irini hat uns bei der Buchung einer tollen Weinprobe und einer faszinierenden Schiffsfahrt geholfen und uns viele Tips und Informationen zur Insel gegeben. Wir haben einen ganz tollen Urlaub bei ganz tollen Vermietern gehabt. Vielen Dank Irini und Familie

Perfect beach house

We had the best stay in this gorgeous, traditional little house. It is clean and nicely decorated with everything you need. The beach is 30 seconds walk from your door. Perissa is a small town and was just opening up for the season when we were there. Akis and Irini were perfect hosts, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great holiday - recommending and booking things for us, and giving us a lift to and from our wine tasting. So kind ❤️ We loved Santorini and would 100% recommend this property.

Black Beach Life

So glad that we stayed away from the busy city and in a quaint little neighborhood but close enough that we could walk out our front door and step on the beach or into a nice restaurant and even do some shopping. The residents was spotless and very comfortable. I loved the atmosphere it gave. Sat outside and watched the Stars at night and enjoyed the cool breeze off of the sea.

Exceeded expectations

Perissa is exactly as described (a strip of beach beneath the hills) and the Sunhaus apartment was perfect for us. It really is adjacent to the beach. Perfectly located. Everything is well designed and good quality. Irini and Akis are on hand and keen to make your stay as good as it can be. Loads of local knowledge and good tips for dining and sight seeing. If you want to cook you can tho the studio kitchen is small it has standard stuff. The bathroom has a large shower and is well appointed There were 4 of us and we were ok sharing. It’s not massive but there’s plenty space outside. We hiked to Ancient Thira twice. Well worth it if you can cope with the wind and a 900ft climb. Swimming was great. Take goggles to see the fish and rubber shoes for the rocks. A great location for a short visit or a base to explore the island.

Prime location

Very nice and comfortable beach house, away from crowds, very close to ancient Thera, beach front restaurants and bars, 20 minutes to Fira by car. Hosts are friendly and accommodating, gave us very good recommendations for how to experience the best of the island within our short stay. We’ll definitely go back.

Paradise!

This property is amazing. The house is beautiful and you feel like you are at a resort. We walked right across the street to the beach and spent our days relaxing, swimming, or strolling in town. You will love the Vienna restaurant next door and the lovely ladies who own it. Be sure to also visit Pepito’s and the 24 hour bakery in town. Irini, Akis and Sara go above and beyond to ensure you have an outstanding trip. The communication is exceptional from the moment you book the property. They were so helpful with everything from airport transfers to sightseeing. Irini and Akis we so enjoyed meeting you, Sara and your family. Most amazing hosts and stay on Perissa Beach!

I don’t even have the words to describe how incredible Irini and her husband are; I don’t think there exist better hosts anywhere in the world that are as accommodating, kind, and communicative as them. Irini went so above and beyond for us; she booked transportation for us multiple times immediately upon asking, her responses were almost immediate for anything we needed, and the home we stayed in was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located near the beach and town. Her husband was always available if we needed anything and even remembered to follow up on how our tours went… he made sure we didn’t miss any of the things Perissa has to offer. We were overwhelmed with the amount of amazing restaurants there are to try in this town, we didn’t have a single bad meal and you just can’t go wrong!

Perfect family vacation

Every experience during our stay exceeded our expectations. It literally is steps from an awesome Mediterranean beach, our hosts were wonderful and provided great recommendations, and accommodations were ideal for two adults and a teenage girl. Good privacy and the layout is really nice. Highly recommend stayhere and doing day trips to the other areas of the island.

Amazing Place to stay in Santorini

Aiki was awesome! The place was spotless. It was steps away from Perissa Beach and a short walk to the bakery for spanakopita in the morning or many of the good restaurants along the beach. ( We liked Petpito’s the best). We feel very lucky to have been able to stay here and hope to be able to do so again. Thank you Aiki!!!!!!!

Wonderful house in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Santorini. The house was very clean with all the amenities we needed. Irini and Akis are lovely and very helpful. They offered a comprehensive list of locations for dining and touring on the island. The house is in great location for the beach, restaurants, shops. There is plenty of parking in the back if needed. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable, we hope to be back again 🇬🇷

Amazing beach house!

We had a wonderful time in Santorini and loved this villa. Irini is an amazing host and helped us with all of the arrangements from rental car to boat cruise! The location is perfect in a sweet beach town and the beach and water are beautiful. We walked to a great breakfast spot both mornings we were there. It was perfect and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderfull place to visit Santorin

The house is perfectly place at 30 m from the beach and very confortable with the AC. Every days the house is cleaned and you can leverage on Irini and her husband for anything. They are very kind and helpfull. Definitely an place to go! Irini again thank you for your kindness.

A great place. Great for living and an excellent base for exploring the whole of Santorini

The adventure with Perissian was amazing from the very beginning. From a comprehensively organized shuttle service from the ferry, car hire to airport transfer. Charming domeg right on a beautiful beach stretching for many kilometers gave us everything we needed. It is extremely comfortable, intelligently air-conditioned and unique in its shape and functionality. The hosts are nearby and help in everything
