The accomodation itself comprises of a large open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area , which opens directly on to the pool terrace. Here there is everything guests could need, including an al fresco dining area with adjacent BBQ, comfortable seating, a swing , sun loungers and parasols.
The swimming pool is unseen from aoutwith the villa and is some 9.5 x 3.5 metres in dimensions , and has a depth of 1.5 metres. This pool can be heated in the cooler months of the year for no additional charge. This makes this an ideal choice for those guests looking to come in the cooler months of the year. Please note that this pool can be heated to approximately 28 degrees centigrade depending on the ambient air temperature, so it is NOT hot as such. Guests wishing for this pool to be heated should inform us at least 2 days before their arrival in order for it to be able to reach the maximum temperature by that time.

The master bedroom is spacious and in addition to a luxurious en-suite bathroom with twin washbasins, has a massive jacuzzi - always popular with honeymoon couple in particular, and a wall-mounted television.
As with the master bedroom , the twin bedroom also opens directly on to the pool terrace and has its own en-suite bathroom.
In short this is an ideal choice for couples or small families looking for a beautifully furnished and equipped peaceful holiday, away from prying eyes.


The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 350 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
