We had a great time and felt very supported by the host in every way. Special location amongst the olive and maderine trees and super views, great lcal beaches andmuch to explore along the coast line and also in the hills above

Another great, relaxing experience

This was our second year staying here! The property owner was yet again very friendly, helpful, and immediately available by phone or text. The property was beautifully kept and very private, surrounded by olive trees and graced with a beautiful view of Zaton and the bay. Restaurants were all within walking distance, and Old Town was very easy to visit either by bus or car, just a few miles/kilometers down the road. Highly recommended, a second year in a row!

The best way to experience Dubrovnik

The Little Gem was a wonderful way to experience Dubrovnik and the surrounding area. Because it was situated just a few kilometers away from the busy Old Town, we were fortunate enough to have a beautifully renovated, clean, comfortable, and quiet place to stay in a stunningly beautiful location at the end of the day. The view alone will take your breath away. Anita and her father were hospitable, courteous, and readily available for any questions we had regarding the property and surrounding area. We were so happy with our experience at this property, and we can't wait to come back and visit again next year.

Das Häusschen ist sehr schön gelegen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ein Traum! Check In und Check Out waren problemlos. Man muss jedoch gut zu Fuß sein, der Weg zum Haus ist eine einigermaßen gepflasterte, recht steile Straße. Bei 30 grad ist das schon etwas anstrengend. Man hat im Umkreis von einem Kilometer alles was man braucht. Der Weg runter in die Stadt ist ein teilweise zugewachsener Trampelpfad, wir haben ihn nicht genutzt, sondern sind über die Straße runter ins Dorf gelaufen. Man braucht ca. 15 Minuten für den weg, Abends aber ein netter Spaziergang. Das Haus ist klein aber fein, man hat alles was man braucht. Gut zum Abschalten von der Welt, wir kommen gerne wieder

Tatsächlich: ein kleines Juwel!

Little Gem, ist entfernt von allen und ganz nah an allem, ein Ort um anzukommen, zur Ruhe zu kommen...einfach wunderbar. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und liegt idyllisch inmitten von Oliven-, Orangen- und Feigenbäumen. Etwas erhöht, über der Bucht von Zaton, mit einem herrlichen Blick über die Adria. Nach einem kleinen Spaziergang durch den Garten ist man an der Bucht, dort befinden sich zwei tolle Restaurants. Etwas weiter - in beide Richtungen - befinden sich gute Schwimmmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und unterstützend. Die Kommunikation erfolgt auf Englisch. Wir können das Ferienhaus für einen entspannten Urlaub zu zweit nur empfehlen!!

Nettes, gepflegtes Haus mit tollem Ausblick

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus liegt am Hang, so dass die Vermieter mit dem Transport des Gepäcks zum Haus geholfen haben. Das Haus liegt in Einzellage mitten im Olivenhain mit unvergesslichem Ausblick auf Zaton. Perfekt für Ausflüge nach Dubrovnik und die nähere Umgebung. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt. Wir raten allerdings zu Mückenschutz.
