Villa Margarida is a classic and charming 3 bedroom Villa in the center of Albufeira. Located in the popular area of ​​Areias de São João, it is within walking distance of Forte de São João beach, bars, restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets.

The villa has a traditional design and a south facing position. From the main door you will find two double bedrooms on the right, both with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, and a shared bathroom with a bathtub.

On the left with a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, big enough to have a breakfast table in the center. The entrance hall has a beautiful recovered pine table, where you can find a selection of books for all ages.

Opposite the entrance hall is the spacious living room (flat screen, DVD and wifi) and the dining room.



From the living room, you can access the upper floor, where the master bedroom is located. Decorated with classic furniture, it has a central king size bed, a private terrace facing south and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub.



Outside you will find the swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers for all guests, the built-in charcoal barbecue and the grassy area, ideal for the little ones to play. You will also find a sofa to relax on and a beautiful table with benches, made of marble stone, ideal for shaded outdoor meals.
