Villa Falésia is located in a privileged spot, being only 2 minutes walk from the beach.
If you prefer, can always stay at home and relax in the pool area, lying on the sun loungers.

The whole house has good natural lighting, three
nice bedrooms each one with a private bathroom, the kitchen has everything that you need. Enjoy the BBQ area for a nice meal with family.

Near the house there is a small concentration of shops and restaurants, only 3 minutes by walk from the house.

1st time in Portugal

Our first time in Portugal and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house was immaculate and everything we hoped it would be and the location just couldn’t be more perfect, you are so close to the beach and also the little commercial area with bars and restaurants to choose from. Although the garden is slightly overlooked in places the pool is perfect to come back to after a day on the beach.

Great place

Spent a fantastic week here in July 2023. House has everything you need, lots of space for relaxing, great little pool and three large comfortable bedrooms. great location a few minutes walk to beach and bars and restaurants. Tiago was there to meet us on arrival and showed us where everything was.

Amazing place. Lots of shops and restaurants one way, beach 2 minute walk the other. Spotlessly clean, modern, lots of space. Great aircon when needed. Would benefit from broadband wifi, and perhaps some more greenery/plants in garden area. Would happily stay again.

We couldn't fault this villa. It's large, spotlessly clean, well appointed with a good sized swimming pool. WiFi and AC worked well. The location is perfect. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach and 3 minutes to the shops and restaurants. We highly recommend the beach. It's clean and sandy. You don't need to hire a car, unless you want to explore further afield. There is a large double garage. Good communication with host. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Great location and lovely villa

Spacious and very clean. WIFI worked throughout the three weeks we stayed. Everything we needed was provided. Grateful for the Air con as it was very hot in Portugal during our stay. Tiago greeted us and was contactable throughout but there were absolutely no issues. A lovely place to call home for our holiday. Definitely recommend.

This villa is in a location that is perfect. The villa is a dream and is even mentioned on Google maps. Fully furnished and clean. As good as being home. The hosts are very helpful and great. Pedro in our case greeted use and was available rapidly via whats app. Would not hesitate to rebook .reretimmetyoanybosy.

A lovely villa in a great location

Huge house, clean and modern. Every spacious bedroom with an ensuite, beds were comfy. AC worked well. Everything we needed was in the house, very well equipped. Communication with Pedro was fantastic, such a caring and helpful man. Pool area was nice, but could benefit from a bit more privacy maybe? Pool was clean and sunbeds comfy. We sometimes needed a little more shade than the parasol provided and the wind meant we had to put it down. Location is great, a 5 min walk one way to the beach, 3 mins the other way to the village square with restaurants (liked Bella Ciao) and 4 shops and 3 bars. Really had a fantastic time, felt safe and liked the area- thank you!

We had the best holiday. The house was amazing, it was like home from home experience. We loved it , can’t rate it enough . It was very clean , each room was spacious with indoor wardrobe and en suite.The swimming pool was a great size. Air con was an absolute tonic throughout. Had such a lovely feel to it. Luxury near beach

We enjoyed our week in this amazing home. A 2 minute walk to Falesia beach in a quiet neighborhood. Tiago met us to go over everything and we were very comfortable. If you are unfamiliar to Portugal as we were, the trash is dropped off in local municipal bins. A trash one right next to the house and recycling bins minutes away for glass,plastic etc. You can rent lounge chairs on the beach with a shaded hut for 13 euros weekdays, 19 on the weekends. Many local shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. This home is spectacular and highly recommend!

A wonderful stay in a fantastic property

This property is amazing and huge! So clean too. Tiago was so kind to wait for us because our flight was delayed and he showed us around the property and how everything works. He made us feel so welcome. The rooms are huge and each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a walk in wardrobe. There is wifi too. The kitchen was very well equipped and the living area very comfortable. The pool is a good size and plenty of sun beds to lie on by the pool. The house is a very short walk from the beautiful beach of Falesia, Also a very shorts walk from the local shops, cafes, supermarket and excellent restaurants. My son was in heaven because there is a running track and cross country course very near by. Tiago, thank you for having us to stay in your amazing house and for making us feel so welcome.

Wonderful villa!

We loved our stay at this home! It was clean, spacious and perfectly located near the beach and some restaurants. Only problem - no WIFI which is unusual in this day and age.

Fabulous house

Lovely large house with plenty of space inside and out. Very close to beach, restaurants and shops. We did hire a car which we found useful. Kept in double garage of the house. Pool lovely. Dish washer and plenty of crockery etc. Also washing machine for clothes. Owner very responsive if needed. WiFi would be nice but we knew it didn't have it when we booked. Only, slight complaint was that the upstairs bed were not that comfy.

This is a beautiful and very well located villa. The beach is an easy 5min walk away. There is a lovely square with multiple places to eat, drink and shop just 150m away. For track and field athletes and coaches, the synthetic running track is only 3-400m away, with the 2km cross country course another 3-400m beyond the track. The house is very spacious and well-equipped. There is, however, no wi-fi for phones or laptops. The 4G signal is good but it can be quite a drain on data if you have a rainy day and wish to watch a film on Netflix.

Fantastic

This is a great villa it's quite spacious ,very clean, it's only a few minutes to the beach on the right or the restaurants, cafes, shops or supermarkets on the left. Plenty of linen and towels and the kitchen has everything you need. Good sized pool lots of outdoor space. I would highly recommend this beautiful villa!

Perfect location near the beach

We loved the villa! Being pink it really stood out and we were amazed at how many people stopped to photograph it. The villa itself is the last on the road to the beach. Literally 5 minutes walk, a little uphill to the top of the cliff and then down a small incline of a road and you're there. Once you get to the bottom of the road there are several sets of wooden steps to negotiate down to the beach but it's easy to rest in between should you need it. There's also a bar at the top with toilets. The villa is incredibly spacious and airy. The two of us were there with our two teenage children and we could easily lose each other. Before the heatwave arrived, we didn't need to use the aircon as the numerous windows allowed us to benefit from the natural through draft. Also, with black out blinds on every window it kept very cool. The air con was a welcome addition when the heatwave it and it's throughout the villa. It was very clean inside and the the master bed was comfortable - we've found in other Portuguese villas that they like quite a hard bed - this wasn't the case. The kitchen was bright, new and clean. The only thing missing was a kettle for us Brits and whilst the coffee machine was lovely, it wasn't the best for tea water. There was a great utility room with a washing machine and a dryer, although with two drying frames it was so easy to dry clothes overnight outside. The pool area was sufficient, although a parasol would have been a welcome addition in the heat of the day. We didn't try the barbecue in the end as it was so easy to find restaurants, but again, a lovely area both for cooking and sitting out. About a 3 minute walk away from the beach saw the square. Here there was a reasonable supermarket (think Spar), bars, a pizzeria, an Italian restaurant, a local restaurant, a barbecue resturant (great Chicken Piri Piri), a cocktail bar,a bank and an ice-cream shop. Everything you could need, plus some local produce and beach shops. There was even a tourist office just off the square. The villa itself was completely secure and was gated, with remote access in the gates. The double garage left plenty of space to park the car and leave golf clubs etc out of the way. Given that we were there for two weeks, it would have been nice to have a clean and change of bedding half way through, which we had to do for ourselves but have received previously at other villas.
