The check in process, and directions, were great and really easy.There was an issue with the window when we moved in but this was dealt with immediately by the host and the communication was second to none.

Excellent stay

We throughly enjoyed our stay, Rob was extremely helpful before the booking. The property was very clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent short stay with the family

Standard English weather but that didn't ruin our break away in this perfect "Vaaaan" as the kids called it. Everything you need for a lovely break away.

Very clean tidy property, extremely warm and welcoming. Location is very quiet. Netflix and wifi included which is a real bonus. Owner was very good. Will definitely stay again 10 out of 10 everytime

Happy caravaners

Very pleased with the caravan. It was spotless and had lots of unexpected extras ie wifi, netflix, board games, books, DVDs etc and tea, coffee and sugar in the kitchen.

A few days away

The property had everything we needed and is in a great location for the places we wished to visit. We had a problem but it was quickly seen to after contacting the owner.

Lovely caravan. Has everything you could possibly need. Exceptional quality sheets and fluffy towels. Lots of little extras to get you started. Teas coffee biscuits etc. Can’t go wrong!

Weekend break

We stayed at Ross’s place over the bank holiday weekend, check in was easy, and Ross was easy to get hold of before and during our stay. He helped us with booking activities during our stay. We got lucky with the weather and the accommodation is located ten minutes away from the beach and around 4 mins walk to the entertainment centre where the kids played the arcades for tickets and prizes, they loved it. Cosy little electrical fire in the living room and Netflix too. It was good little break no complaints. Thanks Ross Mark

Lovely weekend

Stayed in Big Skys for my Anniversary. Lovely stay with host being very helpful. Clean, tidy and everything you need from home to home. Only criticism I would have is advertised with barbecue and photos show barbecue. Me and my husband were prepared with meat to barbecue, however we were disappointed when we arrived and this was missing. Host answered quickly on messaging to confirm this was removed some years back. This needs to be clear on Advertisement.

It was a lovely stay and the host was very quick to respond to my messages. I would definitely recommend booking this place, you won't be disappointed. Lovely little welcome pack with biscuits, tea and coffee. Clean lodge too! I was happy to not spot a single spider! Travel cot was available for us to use, iron and iron board, windbreaker and a fan. Basically felt like home!My only recommendation would be to have the pool opening times printed and available at the lodge. I was very disappointed that it was closed on the Sunday. We did however get to use the pool on Monday after checking out in the morning but would have been convenient to have that information at hand upon arrival. Other than that, had a great stay and have recommend it to friends and family!
