The Wash House is a ground-floor cottage resting in Sibford Ferris in Oxfordshire. Hosting a super-king-size bedroom (zip/link can be twin on request please contact Sykes to arrange), along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to two guests. There is an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove, and a front patio with seating, whilst off-road parking is available for one car. The Wash House is the perfect base for a couple to enjoy a remote experience. There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £150.
Amenities: Electric underfloor heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Starter pack of firewood provided, further can be purchased via owners. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car. Front patio with seating. Sorry, no children, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 1.2 miles. Note: The property is set on the owner's farm.
