The Space:

The Villa has a Caribbean style with arched doors and offers local touches in a contemporary environment.



The main level has a rear terrace with a large dining table that communicates with the pool area with sun loungers and a daybed in the sun. The large shaded terrace at the front of the villa is an ideal place to cool off and provides ample seating. Through the typical arched doors, the open main room is cooled by natural breezes and ceiling fans, and has an open lounge area with two comfortable sofas with beige, white and printed cushions, a small wooden table, and a high definition flat screen TV with American satellite, DVD player, telephone, stereo, as well as a modern and fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, with a bar and three stools for breakfast. The living room and the kitchen have a view of the terrace, the swimming pool with steps and the ocean.



Located on the main level, the air-conditioned master bedroom is right next to the living room and is equipped with a king size bed, closets, a table with a chair and an ensuite bathroom with shower and sink. The other three air-conditioned bedrooms are on the lower level and are accessible from the car park and the pool side of the villa. The first bedroom is equipped with a European double bed, a small table with a stool, and a bathroom with shower and sink. This bathroom is connected and shared with the children's bedroom with twin beds. There is also a small table and chairs. The middle bedroom is also connected to the third bedroom, which has a king size bed and a bathroom with shower and sink. A large covered terrace extends in front of all three bedrooms and can be a great place to take a nap.
