Villa ALEXI PRIVADA Y TRANQUILA UBICACIÓN FRENTE AL MAR !! VER ST. MARTIN

Villa Alexi, una villa frente al mar, amueblada con antigüedades recolectadas en China y el Tíbet. Piscina infinita con vista directa al mar, habitaciones súper grandes y una decoración muy única que disfrutará mientras se relaja con el sonido de las olas del océano a continuación.

La cocina fue diseñada por mi esposo, que era chef profesional en Estados Unidos y Francia. Los muebles fueron recolectados en el norte de China y el Tíbet. Como agente de bienes raíces, el diseño de la casa incorpora todo lo que la gente quiere: vista, facilidad de vida, comodidad, elegancia y los misterios de las antigüedades.

Al contemplar el océano y observar las formaciones de los afloramientos rocosos, verá la piscina caliente secreta de nuestras hijas, recién lavada por el océano cada hora, cálida y relajante.


Los retratos de la casa representan a algunas de las mujeres minoritarias del sur de China, con sus tocados únicos y exóticos.

Villa Alexi is an amazing home, spacious, beautiful, with an incredible location. The pool is wonderful, and the kitchen completely equipped with any utensil a professional chef would need. Byron is an outstanding host, very communicative. Olivia, the housekeeper, is excellent and very professional and friendly. An amazing value.

We loved our stay at Villa Alexi. Our favorite part was the pool and the incredible views. The home is well appointed and included many unexpected necessities like spices, coffee, tea, cooking supplies, soaps, toiletries, etc. we felt right at home and were treated so kindly by the owner Byron and the property caretaker Olivia.

I mean, it’s hard to describe how thrilled we were with this property…!!! It exceeded all expectations on every front!!! Byron was the perfect host, so gracious and kind and he had such patience showing us how to work his super fabulous fancy Swiss coffee maker. The pictures do not do the home justice at all!! You feel like you’re on your own private Island. You can’t see any phones or humans when you’re in this incredibly private house and the views are outrageous and the waves crashing out front have such an incredible energy and beauty and sound to them!! the breeze through the house is just magnificent and the infinity pool is perfection. There was nothing we did not love about this home!! The decor was over the top fabulous!! The beach chairs and beach towels were plentiful and fantastic and the housekeeping was superb!!! the privacy, stunning jaw-dropping views and proximity to Gustavia, st Jean and to the airport were exceptional. God willing, we will be back asap! Thank you Byron for creating such a stunning gem and for sharing it with us!!

Private, quiet, beautiful villa

This was our third time staying at Villa Alexi. The space is ideal - right on the ocean with beautiful views, very private, comfortable indoor space, and not far from Gustavia and St. Jean. Byron and Olivia are very responsive and have always been wonderful hosts. Highly recommend!

Amazing Week! Beautiful Villa!

Spent 1 week mid-February in Villa Alexi and loved this vacation! We were last in St Barths for our honeymoon, and came back with our elementary school aged kids this trip. Villa Alexi had a great layout for a family, was beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped. Our girls LOVED the pool and the views from every single room were spectacular. Location is great and very central to everything. Byron was also very helpful in offering advice on a car service, markets and restaurants. We will definitely be back! One of our favorite vacations.

The best vacation ever for romance and tranquility

Villa Alexi is the most enchanting place we have ever stayed. It is like a hidden secret from the world. The accommodations and view are amazing. The service and detail are beyond expectations. The location is ideal for access to the entire island and beaches. Great little French pastry shop around the corner and easy access to downtown. At night you can fall asleep to the ocean waves crashing into the rocks, like a natural sound machine. We plan on returning at least once a year to Villa Alexi for dreams, relaxation and great romance.

Such an awesome location

This was the perfect house for two couples. I’ve been coming up SBH for many years, and it is very rare to get ocean views like this. We skipped going out to dinner several nights in favor of sitting on the lounge chairs listening to the waves. It’s incredibly peaceful. The house itself is well-appointed. Kitchen has everything you need for basic meals. The beds are very comfortable. The property manager, Olivia, is super-responsive and a font of information. She speaks perfect English so communication was very easy. She’s a gem. All in all a perfect vacation. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous View, Very Private, Totally Relaxing

We rented Villa Alexi for 15 days on very short notice. Love the views from the master and the deck, it was so relaxing to put on some music, open the wine and chill. Great location, convenient to everything, easy in and out driveway. LOVE the screens on almost every door and window (last door is reported to be getting a screen in the near future). Great to have the sail shade for sunburn prevention. Well appointed and comfortable. Would definitely rent again! Thanks Byron!

Another Amazing Visit to Alexi

We are repeat customers at Alexi and it remains one of our favorite places to stay in St. Barts after visiting the island for more than 10 years. Byron is a wonderful host and keeps Alexi in perfect condition. What's not to like about super comfortable beds, a great location, beautiful pool with nothing but the ocean in front of you and a well furnished villa with screens? It's got everything you could ever want in a villa in Paradise, but just to be sure - there was a new super quiet and super cold A/C in the bedroom this year. Thanks Byron. We will be back. Villa Alexi vacation

I definitely recommend Vila Alexi. We had an outstanding one week vacation. The Villa was perfect with the perfect location for us. Everything was as advertised and even more! Perched right above the gorgeous ocean. We were mesmerized by the beautiful water and waves all week. After a few days you will be totally in time with the ocean and tides. Its hard to find a spot where you can not enjoy the view and ocean.The pool was beautiful and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and exploring all of Saint Bart‘s conveniently from this homebase. The owner Byron was immediately available and extremely helpful not to mention knowledgeable of Saint Barts. Olivia was very helpful and always available. The house was spotless and well maintained. Everything is arranged for visitors to enjoy their stay.The Villa layout was excellent, and we all three were very comfortable in the uniquely and pleasantly designed structure. We had everything and more that we needed. Without a doubt, I would love to return to Villa Alexi and Saint Barts we all wish we were still there!!!

We have recently returned from a wonderful week at Villa Alexi. Alexi was everything and more. We were traveling with our 20 year old son and the accomodations were perfect. It was great to have the bedrooms on opposite sides of the home for privacy. Our son loved his room which included a comfy sitting area in addition to the bedroom. The kitchen was really a cooks kitchen. We joked that it was better equipped than our kitchen at home! We have stayed in many homes in St.Bart's but Alexi has the most beautiful furnishings. It is as if you are living in someone's home, not just a rental property. The location is also ideal. No traffic issues and you can park right at the front door. All you need for lazy afternoons at the beach are also avalaible, including beach chairs, towels and coolers. I would recommend Villa Alexi to anyone looking for a great villa experience in St.Bart's. We wish we were there right now!

Wonderful

Beautiful, private oasis. Lots of different areas, both shaded and in the sun, from which to enjoy the sweeping views of sea and islands. Very comfortable indoor spaces. Infinity edge pool with lights added a great touch. Couldn’t see the neighbors, but enjoyed hearing a piano virtuoso playing daily. Easy walk to a little-used beach and easy drive to bakery, Gustavia, and shops. Byron and Olivia were great host and manager.

The villa is charming, quiet peaceful setting with the sound of the waves ever present.

My family has been coming to St Barts for almost 30 years. This is the first time we have stayed on Anse des Lezards. The location of this villa is great. Private, quiet and right on the ocean. We had a wonderful vacation. Even comes with a tortoise!

A Wonderful Stay in Villa Alexi!

Another fabulous family vacation on St. Barths! This was our first stay in Villa Alexi. We loved our stay in this wonderfully situated villa. The up-close proximity to the ocean, with breathtaking views for sure a highlight. One could never tire of looking out to the water and enjoying the sounds of the waves. The villa is comfortably large with two big master suites, large living room sitting area, ample kitchen and big dining room table - which was perfect for our 1000 piece puzzles we worked on during our stay. One of our sons stayed down in the third bedroom on the lower level. He loved his "man-cave" and privacy any teenager would enjoy. And I have to admit Dish Satellite with American stations kept my other son and husband fully entertained with the March Madness basketball games. Not sure we could ever stay anywhere with out American tv again. It made staying in for dinner much more entertaining (guess we are a tv family!). The wifi worked well, housekeeping came as expected, and Bryon was extremely responsive at all times when we needed help with something. Bryon also has a friend who gives the best massages ever - worth every penny and not to be missed. There is a little area in one of the bedrooms that is perfect for massage. Just past the villa is an interesting place to try a different type of workout - Ultimate Saint-Barth Center. My boys did it and loved it - were actually sore of a couple of days. There is a small grocery store just down the road, which was well stocked for everyday items. We look forward to another stay in Villa Alexi and definitely recommend it! -The Husic Family
