The Villa is situated in a nice quiet area although only minutes from the village facilities. Upstairs boasts two double bedrooms which have all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a solarium off the main bedroom. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a large double bedroom and a twin bedroom. It has the use of large gardens and a private swimming pool.

Both living rooms have flat-screen T.V’s which is able to receive English programmes. (BBC, ITV, Most UK Channels etc…)

The village offers Restaurants, Bars, Banks and a good selection of shops, also sited around Quesada there are smaller areas with Restaurants, Bars and shops etc…

There is also a water park, tennis courts and a green bowling club all within 5 minutes of the village.

Quesada has its own free (E111) Health Centre with doctors surgery and a chemist in the village.

Within a ten minute drive are three towns, Torrevieja a large holiday resort, Guardamar a smaller (more Spanish) resort and Rojales a typically Spanish town.
