Three-room apartment sleeps 4
Spacious and bright three-room apartment in the main body of the Residence and is surrounded by the garden of the property. It consists of a living room equipped with a sofa and a corner kitchen, two bedrooms, one double and one with single beds that cannot be joined; two bathrooms with shower and bidet.
Paved outdoor area equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners.

Important notes:
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed
- pets are not allowed

- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site - the supplement will be 15 euros if provided directly by the property
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00 for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
