Stairs to second floor and master bedroom (5ft kingsize bed) with fitted wardrobes and ensuite shower room (walk-in shower, sink and toilet), also small balcony (room for standing). Bedroom 2 (2x 3ft twin beds or zip and link 6ft superkingsize bed) with fitted wardrobe. Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet).

Parking – Two spaces at the front of the house - one regular and one small vehicle.

HAMWORTHY - Just 10 minutes` walk from Poole Quay via Poole`s historic lifting bridge, Hamworthy is a quieter, predominantly residential area and Harbour Reach is the latest example of regeneration in this convenient location. The development offers some of the prettiest views of the natural harbour with Poole Yacht Club in the foreground and a wonderful vista across the harbour, to Corfe Castle and the Purbeck Hills beyond. Located close to Cobb`s Quay Marina Hamworthy is a great base both for strolling into Town, and for driving out to explore the wider Dorset region.
