Lovely accommodation

Very happy with our stay at Parkdean resort. Accommodation clean and spacious with everything we need for our weeks holiday. Would highly recommend and certainly use again in the future.

Winter break

Clean and bright caravan. Heating great lovely and warm. Water pressure excellent and hot. Kitchen well equipped, a baking tray would be useful. Overall excellent stay well had a great break.

It was clean and dated and really beige the steps up were not the best if you have a dodgy knee the park was lovely tidy and clean

Caravan needs attention

Caravan was very dirty, dust everywhere. Fridge not working my food went off so had to throw lot of food away

Clean caravan with everything you need.

Caravan was clean and had everything you would need to get by. Good location as an easy walk to beach and fair, with a large tesco in walking distance too. Only issues were no hot water when we arrived, so I had to figure it out. Turns out for some reason the boiler was unplugged. Once plugged in we had hot water. Not ideal to have to do this. Also a bit of wood fell off from one of the bedrooms and hit my mum on the head!. Also the large picture in the kitchen fell off twice. Not major issues but could be if young children around. Camp site is a mixed bag. One half seems nice, the other seems dated/ugly - which this caravan was in. Further more, it's very close to other caravans, far too close I think. This means you have no privacy and parking is very difficult as there is a caravan behind and in front, but 2 cars can't fit by one another.

Nice caravan, could have been cleaner

We have stayed here before & were impressed so booked again. It’s a nice spacious caravan & great location. We were disappointed with the cleanliness off it this time though. If this had been better I would have given a 5star rating.

Lovely property

The property was very clean and in good condition with everything needed (apart from linen which we knew about). It would have been useful to have some local information and also about the facilities on the park e.g. having to book for swimming and restaurant

Manor park

Lovely caravan very modern and clean , close to reception and amenities. Only thing I wasn’t keen on was there was no net/curtain up the door so was a bit on show , but still lovely time had . 😄

Would Recommend

We had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay. The only negative comment I would make is the toilet flush needs looking at as wasn't flushing away properly. On a positive note, there were lovely little touches for the kids in the way of buckets and spades to borrow and other activities such as games and colouring to keep them occupied when not out and about.
