Manor park stay

Location was brill easy walk to town centre. With tesco over the road from caravan site made getting essentials ideal.

Lovely spacious caravan.

Spacious, nice upholstery and dining table. Plenty of glasses and crockery- everything you needed. Open aspect at the front- lovely!

Lovely friendly site , nice clean large caravan with excellent decking

I enjoyed my stay at Manor Park site in Hunstanton. The main bedroom was tiny and the bed uncomfortable. The cooker ignition didn’t work.

Lovely clean caravan

Fantastic for the dog, as secure decking with spring gate , Laminated flooring for dirty paws. We had a lot of rain, so was able to pop the dog straight into the bathroom opposite the door to dry her. Would highly recommend.

Hunstanton and Manor Park

Everything was fine. Location is great. Handy for walks and shops. Lovely bus ride to King’s Lynn. No wifi and reception mostly non existent. Need to upgrade the tin opener.

Lovely Caravan

The property itself was in a nice location, close enough to the club house and entrance but not noisy. It’s just a short walk to the town, Tesco and other amenities. Kitchen was well equipped but no grill pan for the oven. Bedrooms were standard, as in all caravans, with heating to take any chill off, plenty of hangers for a long weekend, beds were comfortable, added bonus of a separate toilet to the main shower room, we did find the shower too hot and then turned cold, very difficult to get a happy medium with the controls. Living area, comfortable and spacious, there were only 4 of us but still ample of space, TV had a very clear picture, never had a problem with it. Also, if we had known, it has a music system for you to connect your phone or other music device into. The Caravan also had an alarm system which was reassuring and a key lock to save you taking the key out with you and losing it. Overall it was a lovely stay and will definitely stay there again.

Great location but...tlc needed

We stayed at this caravan for 2 nights, and there were a few disappointments... I truly dislike leaving a review like this but I feel these issues the owner will want to address and without knowing, cannot rectify. The caravan is surprisingly spacious in the lounge area and in a great location in the park. It is advertised as a 8 birth/person caravan but the crockery provided ( 4 plates and 2 bowls) was not adequate. The condition of the bowls had large chips and in my option all need replacing. I was instantly put off when I found 3 dirty/part used cups in the cupboard ( old teabags and sugar stuck to the inside of cups!) which I had to clean as soon I arrived. The tea spoons are all very badly stained. We spotted numerous cobwebs in the kitchen area and bedrooms along the walls. The window handle on the window near to the dining table is very loose and we were worried to open incase it broke! The tie backs on the curtains were almost all non functional as the velcro was ripped and with nails pulled out from the wall still attached. Although the shower is spacious, the shower is in need of modernisation and had very poor pressure. The fridge was on the highest setting but everything we put inside didn't not feel chilled so could not store anything which would spoil. There was a strange knocking sound at night which was annoying too?! Sadly this was not up to the standard we hoped, especially for the price we paid! My hope is this review will prompt the improvements needed.
