As for the heating, our maintenance service could verify during your stay, that it worked correctly, but it has a timer to make it more sustainable. Hi Susan, you went to a hotel because you didn't notify us on the emergency telephone number provided when you made the reservation. It is also sent to you again with the check-in instructions and is posted at the door of the office in case you have any problems. If you had contacted us, we would open the check-in manually outside office hours. As for the works of the building, it is painting on the façade, which does not make noiseraise dust, so it does not bother since there are no scaffolding either because they carry out the work vertically hanging from the roof. We report your complaint about the chairs and the sofa to the property so that it can be assessed. En las condiciones que leisteis previamente a ralizar la reserva estaba detalladamente explicado que la entrada de los apartamentos es a partir de las 4.30 de la tarde.
