Welcome to our cosy 3 star apartment just on the edge of the old town of Rovinj, 5 minutes walk from the main square and with everything at hand. In the same house we offer one more apartment for larger groups. Total capacity 7 people.
One bedroom apartment with equipped kitchen and private bathroom. Very bright and with view on the old town houses.
Kitchen fully equipped, owen, fridge, freezer. Satellite TV, air conditioner, kettle, hair dryer.
Comfortable double bed in the bedroom and singlebed in the living roomfor the additional guest. In the same house we one more apartment for larger groups. Total capacity 7 people.


As being on the edge of the old town evething is close by, 130 m to the bus station, 10m to the grocery shop, 20 m to the restaurant, 40 m to the cafe bar, 130 m to the sea shore. Rovinj does not have public transport, but we organize transfers from/to the airports (Pula, Rijeka, Zagreb, Trieste and other). The easiest and cheapest way togetaround Rovinj is by bike. So we offer bike rental.

Exceeded all our expectations

Great central yet quiet location, a few minutes away from the harbour, restaurants, shops and local attractions. It is also only 2 minutes from the bus station which helped us with our day trips. Izidora and her daughter, Laura, were very accommodating and excellent communicators. They were also very kind and generous. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, equipped with the amenities one could possibly need. Rovinj and neighbouring towns are all very special.

The apartment is centrally located, yet quiet. Well equipped with everything. Two bedrooms, comfortable for 4 people. The bed is comfortable, the whole apartment is extremely clean. The host is very kind, helpful, and had surprises waiting for us. This is not the first time we have stayed here, and it will not be the last.

A small jewel box in the city center

The host awaited us with fruit and cake. We received tips on free parking, good restaurants, and ice cream. The accommodation is located in a central, yet quiet location, 2 minutes from the beach. It was very well equipped, everything we needed was available. I wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation and the owner. Thank you for everything, we hope to see you again soon!

Love, love, love Apartment 52.

Our stay at Apartment 52 was beyond excellent. Starting with the communication with the owners and the agency that rented it out to us, to arranging the transfer from the parking lot to the apartment. Izidora the owner is super nice, made home made cale for the kids and upon leaving gifted us chocolates and Pelinkovac made in Rovinj. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need and it was SUPER clean with crisp white towels and linens. We absolutely loved it, highly recommend it and will definitely be back! ❤️

Ein rundum perfekter Urlaub.

Die super nette Vermieterin hat uns vor Ort mit selbstgebackenen Kuchen empfangen und uns über alles informiert was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt - inkl. kostenlosen PKW-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung war super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was eine Familie benötigt. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, mitten in der historischen Altstadt aber in einer Seitenstraße- absolut ruhig. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.

Extraordinary journey!

Wij werden door de taxi afgezet bij het busstation waar wij opgewacht werden door de host na duidelijk en goed telefonisch contact. De host liep met ons mee naar het appartement en liet ons alles zien. Vervolgens hebben we voor ons alle 3 een eigen sleutel gekregen wat ook heel fijn was. We mochten ‘s nachts laat ook naar binnen en buiten gaan van het appartement, wat fijn is als jongere zijnde. Ook mochten we roken in het halletje boven bij het appartement. Het appartement zelf was perfect, alles was schoon en netjes. Er zat ook een super goede airconditioning in. Als we af en toe een vraag hadden of iets nodig hadden reageerde de host snel en hielp ons super goed. Het appartement zat ook op een mooie, goede plek midden in de stad. Ik zou er zo nog een keer terug naar gaan.

Ein wunderschönes Appartement mitten in der Altstadt. Top eingerichtet und sehr sauber!! Wir haben uns hier als Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin ist einfach Grossartig!! Ganz viel herzlichen Dank und liebste Grüsse.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Smestaj je vrlo prijatan, lokacija odlicna, sa predivnim pogledom na stari grad. Domacica je izuzetno ljubazna, dobili smo i kolac za dobrodoslicu. Sasvim sigurno cemo se vratiti. Topla preporuka svima!
