The kitchen has been fully renovated and features a central bar-island, a very large fridge/freezer, and a professional coffee machine.



There is access to the patio and pool from the dining area and the kitchen.



The patio has various chill-out and dining areas, and sun loungers. The pool has the option to heat in the winter months.



On the first floor, there is a double ensuite bedroom with a small terrace and access, via external stairs, to the pool and main patio.
