The garden with well-kept grass leads from the house down to the panoramic swimming pool, 5 m by 10 with a depth of 1.5 metres. On one side of the pool there are sunbeds and a large beach umbrella for relaxing. There is a panoramic terrace with living area on the ground floor perfect for enjoying a drink, as well as a spacious outdoor kitchen with sink, outdoor stoves, a fridge, an oven, dishwasher plus a large table where you can dine while enjoying the view of the green woods. The garden also boasts an heated jacuzzi for 4 people (2x2 meters) and a stonework barbecue. The whole outdoor area, with flower bushes, is well kept and has an automatic sprinkler system. The first floor has a living/dining room with fireplace, air conditioning, cooking area and access to the panoramic balcony complete with tables and chairs for dining. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with one single bed, a cooking area, one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower.

Casale Fivizzano is in the green hills of Lunigiana, on the outskirts of a small hamlet and therefore not isolated, but still surrounded by beautiful woods with a relaxing view.
