We are centrally located steps to trendy Gastown, restaurants, Rogers Arena, BC place, attractions, and Seawall.



The building features some of the best amenities in town:

- Indoor pool

- hot tub, and sauna

- fully equipped gym

- Private garden for guests.

- Secured underground parking



Other Things to Note:

Sofa bed Use:

Kindly note that there will be a $35 CAD linen charge for using the sofa bed. Please inform us in advance as our cleaning company requires this information.



Crib and Highchair:

We offer the option of renting a pack 'n play and highchair for an additional fee.



Credit Card Processing Fee:

Please note we do not refund credit card processing fee for eligible refunds .



Portable AC:

Please Note that for summer months there will be 2 portable AC units in the apartment which means that there will be 2 windows open with the AC hose outside.



We are fully licensed and are allowed to do short term rentals.

I would definitely stay here again if I was going back to Vancouver. The place was very clean, and the location was perfect. Right by the Rogers arena/ BC place and within walking distance of multiple food places. Check in and check out was smooth, Sara is great with communication, I would highly recommend!

My wife and I spent a week at this lovely apartment. Everything worked well, clean, well appointed and very comfortable beds. Amazing rain shower too and nice view of the city. Excellent location with plenty of restaurants and just around the corner there is a large grocery store (T&T), as well as IRL where you can store your luggage as you wait to check in or after you check out. Our host was easy to connect with, promptly answered all our questions and provided all the information needed to check in and out. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Everything was great! The location was perfect for walking to everywhere we wanted to go. There were even grocery stores and drug stores and coffee shops all within a block. It definitely was very easy for myself and my teenage daughter. The only downside was having the windows open during the daytime because the train right below when it would start and stop was very loud. But closing the windows kept the noise out fine. Aside from that, the location was perfect! The gym was very nice as well.

Great location. Property was exactly as described. Had a brief issue with the wifi but Sarah was on it immediately and stayed in contact until it was resolved. Beds are very comfortable. Great views.

The condo worked out perfectly for our small family. The location is wonderful for walking to many great restaurants or other activities in the city. Would stay there again!

Great location and very clean, host was super helpful!

We had a great stay. This location was very clean and is just around the corner from the train station just 3 stops away from waterfront station where our cruise ship let us off. There is a drug store and Costco also very close by for snacks and drinks to stock your fridge during your stay. I would stay here again! We loved Vancouver!

Great location and excellent communication with the owner.

It was a great experience. The check in and check out process was very easy. Sara is great to work with. I would definitely stay here again when I am need a place in Vancouver.

Yes . Great location. We were there for a Canucks game. Would stay there again. Blinds need changing in the living roomand bedroom blinds need to be cleaned. It would be nice to have anotherLivingroom chair when there is two couples staying.The main bathroon needs some attention to the toilet. We certianly enjoyed our stay.

2 bd downtown condo

Really nice little condo. Great area and location. A little noisy with the LRT right below the unit, but overall a great place to stay. We went to a concert, and the venue was a short walk from the condo, and everything we needed or wanted was within walking distance. Would definitely stay again
