Casa Cuenca is a stunning luxury villa in the sought after area of Sol Park . It offers its guests 3 spacious bedrooms suites . You will certainly not get under each others feet if you choose this villa. Not a short straw in sight! Two of the suites, on the ground floor , and have direct access to the pool terrace and sun loungers. The 3rd suite , on the first floor , has a wonderful dining terrace with brand new patio furniture plus a solarium with lovely open views (and a glimpse of the sea). We can also accommodate up to 2 children in the bedrooms , as the owners provide a cot and put up bed. They have also added a small fridge so you can make tea and coffee and take it out on the private terrace for some quiet time. In the center of the villa you have the open plan fabulous new kitchen withe center island, an indoor dining area and lounge with Uk TV. Doors from here lead to the dining conservatory and the pool . The pool has an outside kitchen area for BBQ.s etc, and can be heated. There are 2 BBQs to choose from. One electric and one charcoal type. The layout really couldn’t be more perfect , as its affords privacy and space to adult occupants holidaying together .

The pool terrace is a lovely open area and leads to very pretty lawned gardens ( a rarity in Spain) There is off street parking for 2 cars .

The location is excellent being just 25 minute , almost flat walk into the town center. However you have a choice of restaurants on your doorstep including the Tennis Club Restaurant, PanPan JamonJamon and the very popular Casa Lily . There is the additional attraction of being 3 minutes walk away from the most popular place in Moraira for younger children, The Brevis bar and restaurant . Here you can relax and watch the children enjoy the bouncy castles, bikes and trikes and the crazy golf. Such a perfect place to take the kids.

The villa is fully air conditioned , has wifi and is in excellent condition. There are 2 highchairs and a cot for guests use (at own risk)
