The Borgo Ognissanti neighborhood reflects the historic heart of the city and allows you to explore Florence comfortably on foot or via public transportation.

-LIVING AREA: double sofa bed, split-type A/C, small desk, coat rack, and guest bathroom with sink and toilet.

-KITCHEN: 4-burner stove, oven, compact refrigerator, washing machine, electric kettle, juicer, moka pot, and dining table.

-BATHROOM: shower, sink, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating via wall-mounted electric radiators, clotheslines at the window, and a hair dryer.



The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.



The apartment is located in a central yet quiet neighborhood, full of shops, excellent restaurants (both Italian and international), trattorias, bars, and spots for aperitifs.

The Conad supermarket, just a short walk away, is ideal for everyday grocery shopping.

Last but certainly not least, all the most famous car rental agencies (including Avis, Hertz, Europcar, Maggiore), allowing you to rent a car for day trips or to continue your journey to your next destination.

If you’re traveling by car, please note that the apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so please pay attention to access points. You can park your car at the Auto Firenze paid parking lot, a 2-minute walk away.
