One of several fantastic 3 bed Villa in 5 star private complex El Sultán, Corralejo, set in beautiful surroundings. A spacious and well furnished villa in excellent condition in a well maintained conveniently located and safe and quiet complex. Close to main shopping centres, Acua (formerly Baku) Water Park as well as local bars and restaurants. 3 double bedrooms and pool view. Located in a fabulous highly sought after Arabic inspired complex with 2 adult pools and 2 children's pools. It comes fully equipped with a fantastic black kitchen with oven, induction hob, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and safe. 57" smart HD TV. Modern furniture throughout the house. The bedrooms sleep 7 plus travel cot available on request. Unlimited 300 MB/sec WiFi throughout the whole house & UK Irish & German (and many more) HD TV channels available.
The villa was fully renovated insid eand out in June 2022 and has 4 terraces / roof terrace with sea views ideal for eating outside with table, chairs & parasol provided and sun loungers for use of guests, ideal for sunbathing (as main terraces face south) or for relaxing in the evening.
The nearest restaurants, bars, bakery & botanical gardens with children's playground are located just across the road. El Campanario shopping centre which has a large supermarket, bars & restaurants, craft markets and entertainment is only a few minutes walk away. The nearest beach is also within a 5 minute walk. Corralejo main street leading to the music square and harbour are a 10 minute walk away. The famous sand dunes are a short distance away. Bicycles and surf equipment is available locally too.
Corralejo is probably most famous for its miles and miles of golden sand dunes and beaches as well as the turquoise ocean. These are a must see. The nearest beach is 5 mins walk away.
Corralejo offers so many bars and restaurants that it is impossible to try them all. The old town at the bottom of the main street retains the old world charm whilst providing an authentic Canarian atmosphere. This leads down to the port where you can take boat trips and the ferry to Lanzarote & the tiny island of Lobos.
El Campanario shopping centre with its unique clock tower (climb to the top for the best view of the town, harbour and Lobos (a protected island between here and Lanzarote)is located a few minutes away with an excellent supermarket, artisan market and more bars and restaurants.
