Ubicada sobre el lago Trasimeno, Villa Letizia es una tranquila casa de piedra que admite mascotas, diseñada para ofrecer comodidad, encanto y vistas inolvidables. Con capacidad para 6 personas, es el refugio perfecto para familias o amigos que buscan una auténtica experiencia toscana. A poca distancia en coche de Cortona, la casa combina la belleza rústica con modernas comodidades de bienestar, como wifi y aparcamiento privado.

En el interior, la villa cuenta con un acogedor salón con aire acondicionado y una amplia cocina bien equipada. Tres dormitorios y dos baños ofrecen comodidad y funcionalidad, mientras que los muebles antiguos aportan calidez y carácter. Visite el anexo para disfrutar del jacuzzi privado, el baño turco (de pago) y el gimnasio. Una cabaña de madera con sauna privada (de pago) completa la oferta de bienestar.

En el exterior, relájese en el exuberante jardín privado (200 m²) con piscina, baño de burbujas, barbacoa, hamaca y patio para cenar al aire libre. Disfrute de las vistas al lago, las mañanas soleadas y las tardes tranquilas bajo el cielo toscano. Con bodegas, monumentos históricos y las orillas del lago Trasimeno cerca, Villa Serena ofrece una combinación perfecta de relajación y descubrimiento.

Our favorite stay in Italy

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Our Villa had an old world charm that was just what we wanted while staying in Tuscany! The view was AMAZING! Our host was so responsive and gave us a private tour of his Cortona. We took advantage of the hot tub and the private bath that was set up with candles and champagne! Another recommendation would be to have dinner with Luka.( our host) in his home. The food was traditionally prepared and amazing. Overall an wonderful stay!!

Beautiful stay in Cortona!

Lucas home was his childhood home which holds many memories. He was so warm and inviting and we had wine with him one afternoon. The view is spectacular! We had a little trouble finding the house but Luca was so helpful in helping us get there. We bought some homemade olive oil and vino to bring home! His rose garden is so beautiful. Great place to go and unwind. Highly recommend.

Amazing Villa and Views

My husband and I loved Villa Letizia! We had no idea the view would be so spectacular from the balconies of our home. The villa also had an amazing garden all to ourselves, and we used the hot tub on the cool nights often. Luka, our host, was extremely welcoming and accommodating! Please treat your self to his offer of cooking an authentic Tuscan feast, as it was perfect and gave us the opportunity to really engross ourselves in the Italian culture. Would recommend renting a car, but the Cortona Piazza is just a short walk down with all the restaurants and shops. If you like rustic charm and the serene landscape of Tuscany , this place is for you:)

WORST PROPERTY EVER!!!!

We have travelled the world and stayed at many VRBOs and this is by far the worst place we have ever stayed. Location was spectacular but the owner has lied about the property as a whole. It is advertised as a private pool and hot tub both were green and not usable. The furniture was disgustingly dirty and the bed in the main bedroom was unusable as it sank to the middle with 2 people laying on it. The owner stated the house was full of antiques, this was code for the furniture was stained, ripped upholstery and exposed springs. The owner lives below and left numerous times per day for hours and left his dog outside to bark non-stop. The yard was lovely except for the numerous piles of dog excrement. The bathroom and shower had mold and was filthy, and there were no basic provisions such toilet paper, pans and we had a total of 4 old towels for the entire week without laundry.

Die schlechte Bewertung dient hauptsächlich dem Kundenservice von Belvilla. Wir waren Gast in einem Ferienhaus in der Toskana und es war für uns das Non+ultra, einen (privaten) Pool zu haben, weswegen wir wirklich Stunden nach einer passenden Unterkunft gesucht haben. Leider war sowohl dieser als auch der Whirlpool vor Ort stark verschmutzt und somit unbrauchbar und hat uns sehr enttäuscht. Doch der Kundenservice ist die größte Enttäuschung: kein einziges Entgegenkommen, weil wir vor Ort die Notfall-Hotline nicht angerufen haben? Das ist deren einziges Argument um sich aus der Verantwortung zu ziehen. Einmal und nie wieder. Belvilla, so verliert ihr Kunden.

Zunächst einmal entsprach die Unterkunft nicht der Beschreibung auf Ihrer Website. Hätten wir die Bewertung der Unterkunft Villa Letizia in Cortona vom August 2023 gesehen, hätten wir diese Unterkunft nicht gebucht. Wie wir leider erfahren haben, wurden keine der Mängel und Fehler, die im August bestanden, behoben. Ich kann Ihnen ein Bild der Unterkunft geben. Ein Empfang durch einen Vertreter, der nicht die Kontaktperson war und der durch die Residenz eilte und uns mitteilte, dass Lucca (unsere Kontaktperson) später kommen wird, um uns weiter zu informieren und den letzten Geldbetrag (Reinigungsgebühr, Kurtaxe) entgegenzunehmen. Fehlende Küchenausstattung, kaputte Möbel, die nicht verwendet werden können. Pool, der nicht genutzt werden kann, da keine Reinigung erfolgt (riecht unangenehm und hat Grünbelag am Boden und an den Seiten. Keine Waschmaschine (wie beschrieben). Elektroinstallationen, bei denen Kabel für die Beleuchtung beschädigt und teilweise mit Klebeband repariert sind. Lampen hängen an losen Kabeln und sind gefährlich zu berühren. Die Deckenbeleuchtung im Wohnzimmer war voller Insekten und Fliegen. Ich könnte noch mehr Dinge aufzählen, aber was mich überrascht ist, dass Sie sich keine vorherigen Bewertungen ansehen und den zuständigen Vermieter der Unterkunft kontaktieren.
