Enjoy a stay in the Tampa area, in a recently renovated apartment, fully equipped for short and long stays to make your stay an unforgettable experience. It is very well located near the highlights of Tampa such as the casinos, Bush Gardens, the Tampa Zoo, Internacional Mall, as well as variations of bars and restaurants. Free Wi-Fi included and parking for two cars. The apartment is separated from the house with a totally independent entrance.

Great little apartment in Tampa

Great location. Minutes to about anything you need. Could not get over how clean it was. Very private even with having neighbors. Will stay again when we come back to visit our son.

Mother/Daughter Trip

Cozy and comfortable place to stay. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy and the location was perfect for everything that we had planned to do on our trip.

Amazing experience!

Thank you so much Judith and family for the wonderful hospitality! This was our first time staying in a VRBO and we were not disappointed. Private, super clean, great location, very easy to get around. Would recommend for any small family or couple staying in the tampa area.

Great stay but Room for improvement

The unit is small but cozy and has just about everything you’d need for a short vacation. The bathroom was spacious especially the shower! The ice maker didn’t work but, we didn’t mind because the freezer/fridge worked fine. Something worth noting is that the unit is actually connected to the back of a home and not a walk up or duplex like I imagined (They did not false advertise the property but, this was my assumption from the photos). I wasn’t alone so this wasn’t a deal breaker for me but,you do have to be cautious of renting spaces that are one way in and out. The parking situation was a little unsettling. I misread the directions as they were a bit confusing so I naturally assumed the spot directly in front of the gate to the unit was for us. The host insisted that we park next to their personal vehicles in their drive way and not in the spot that is shaded and directly in front of the gate/pathway. She said they use that space for mechanical work. I felt a little uncomfortable being directly in front of their home and having to be seen coming and going on their ring camera. I only say this because we were not entering/renting their personal home but,that’s what it felt like. Also, there were 2-3 mechanics working on a vehicle in the spot when we got back from brunch the next day. My bf is blind so guiding him around them was a small inconvenience. Other than that we enjoyed our stay but probably wouldn’t return do to the location of the unit.

Getaway to Tampa

Property was clean and nice. Just as pictured. Park in spot just to the left of the covered parking. I found the cooktop confusing to operate without instructions. Bring your own kitchen towels/dish rags. Included were plates, bowls, silverware, a few metal cooking utensils, wine bottle opener, can opener, 1 sharp knife, 2 fry pans and 2" tall 10"pan with a lid, 4 coffee cups, 4 small glasses, 4 wine glasses. Plenty of shampoo/conditioner/bodywash in the huge very nice tiled shower. We had 4 towels and 5 wash cloths for the two of us for 6 days. Internet was good. Lighting at night was good. Communication with the owner was great. It was a nice stay.

Great stay

Beautiful little love shack! I have to say it was very convenient to everything. Loved it accept when temperatures dropped. Could only heat one room but overall excellent stay!

Great host and location

Judith was so friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The bungalow was super clean and had plenty of space. This is a guest house which is not clearly stated in the listing but it has its own private fence and small patio which was perfect for us! Thank you so much for letting us stay and we hope to be able to visit again.

Small and Perfect for a mini-vacay

Overall it was Great! Love it! We felt safe. Owners were polite. Apt was clean & private. Fenced. 1 traditional bed; 1 let out sofa. No stove/washer/dry. Shower only. 1 TV. We were gone most of the day, so it was perfect for our needs. I would definitely rent again. Only bad experience was the area’s level of service at local facilities. I was told if server’s don’t know you… you won’t get good service if you don’t “fit” in.
