Equipped with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. smart TV! Our studio is within a centrally located residential neighborhood in the heart of tampa. An Uber ride away from all tourist attractions, famous restaurants and nightlife is just a couple blocks away. Safe to come and go at all hours. A 5 minute drive to the Airport, upscale shops of international Mall and most famous Restaurants in Tampa like Ocean Prime. Saint Pete Beach is a 20 minutes drive away! (Please let us know if you are heading to the beach we can lend you beach chairs and umbrella). 20 min away from Bush gardens. 10 min away downtown Tampa.

Room was clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet. We slept well and felt safe. It is small but works for 1 or 2 people. It was close to the event we were going to so the location worked well for us. It felt more private than a hotel room. The check in and check out process was easy. Communication with owner worked well. One idea/suggestion to improve would be to add a full length mirror. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Room was smaller than it appeared in photos. There were some things that needed to be fixed (like a hole in the wall covered with a photo). There was a 3 sq foot area with a mini fridge and coffee maker, but you couldnt get around the bed to get there. Its a nice little room, just be prepared for very cramped quarters.

My review

I liked the place because it looks exactly like the picture shows but you must change that mattress to a modern foam mattress. It's like 300 on Amazon and also put a LVP over that tile floor. Everything else was great. I like the size of the shower. Great for two people to shower together.

Fantastic!

Process was easy and host was kind. clean place and had everything we needed for a short stay. Also super close to the airport. The ONLY issue was mosquitos, but there’s really no getting around that in rainy Florida weather.

Convenient, clean and close to airport

This is a small, studio style space, with everything you need in a clean, no frills environment. Location was safe and quiet.

Clean, quiet and thoughtful

All just as described. Location is convenient. Very clean and pleasant. Quiet, no noise. The backyard under the patio cover is quite relaxing with eating area and hammock. Recommended

Wonderful room

We came from Melbourne to Tampa to watch an afternoon baseball game. This place was close to the stadium and easy to get to. The space is very open, bright, and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Needed a place close to the airport and this was perfect. Extremely clean and cozy with great communication. The outdoor setting was a nice little bonus as well

Cute overnight

Perfect for an overnight stay for two people before a cruise. Bed was VERY comfy and it was nice to relax in the hammocks outside.

I’ve stayed here before, it wasn’t too bad last time either. They have repaved the driveway and look like remodeled the outside a bit to make it look nicer, I appreciate that. I stayed in the back suite this time which was adorable but when I came back after working the 3rd day of being there, both hosts were around the building that day, standing outside my door while I was trying to go in and unwind, they were messing with a table or something and banging on the sliding doors with it after I went in. I don’t think it was intentional but it would have been nice to have a heads up. I believe they went in to clean as well in the other suites and it was very noisy. My only other issue was the toilet, it is a very small area. It was fine for me but if you are a bigger person or prefer more room to move around this may not be a good option for you.

Very disappointed with the stay, there was construction. in the backyard starting at 0700 for 3 of our days there that was very noisy. No chairs in except for bar stools . No bedside table for husbands CPAP, had to use bar stool. Would not recommend nor book room again. Not within walking distance of anything
