Villa Casa Plaza is the perfect house for 2 or 3 families or a large group who wish to share a holiday together and yet also enjoy privacy. The house is comprised of 3 apartments on various levels and boasts a large summer kitchen and dining area where the guest can enjoy al fresco cooking and dining. On a lower terrace, set amongst the trees is another dining terrace where there is also a BBQ. And for great times the guest can enjoy the jacuzzi too!

The nearest beach with its crystal clear blue waters is just 20m away. You need to cross the road in front of the villa and take a small local path to the beach so care must be taken with young children. The beach is rocky but a concrete sunbathing platform has been built. You can enter the water easily from the rocks or jump from the platform.
The accommodation comprises a 2 bedroom apartment sleeping up to 5 on 2 double beds and a sofabed. A 1 bedroom apartment sleeping up to 4 on 1 double bed and a sofabed. And a studio apartment sleeping up to 3 on 2 double beds. Each apartment has a full kitchen and shower room and a private terrace.

There is private parking for 4 cars

There are three CCTV cameras set up outside of the villa for security reasons only.
They monitor entrance, stairs and the parking lot. No devices are used inside of the property.

Means of access: Getting there is easy by car or by flying. Split airport is only 12 km away.

Directions to the apartment: The local property manager Dalmatian Property Management will email you photo directions to the villa where you will be met by their representative who will give you information about the region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. You will feel completely looked after. And in a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help.

Other Things to note
Please note you will need to pay in cash on arrival cca 2 Euro per person per day tourist tax.
Late arrival and Sunday check in fees apply.
You will also need to leave a 20 Euro cash deposit on arrival for the key.
You will get this back when you return the key on departure.
