This brand new villa is located at the end of a small village, on a hill overlooking the lush vegetation belt that extends from the estate limits all the way to the sea.

Energy-efficient construction, with top quality wooden windows, designed in line with local tradition, but with modern furnishing with details that were carefully thought out to maximize your comfort, based on 25 years of experience with holiday rental of our award winning villa on the Kaprije island. Every bedroom has an adjacent bathroom, parquet floors (dark stained maple), Sat-TV and air conditioning, master bedrooms in addition have ceiling fans and a spacious balcony with amazing sea view, a table with chairs and an outdoor sofa. The villa is equipped with high speed WiFi, 50" Philips Ambilight 3D smart Android TV, Yamaha 5.1 home theater surround sound system, Sony PlayStation 4, wide selection of kitchen appliances...

The terrace contains two "infinity" pools with underwater lights and optional net fence, a wooden pergola shaded by a canvas canopy, 6 sun beds, 2 outdoor sofas, 6 armchairs, a coffee tables, an optional sail shade and a garden with aromatic herbs and spices that you can use in cooking.

Next to it is a 50 m2 large gazebo with a big barbecue (coal and wood supply provided), fully equipped summer kitchen, 3 outdoor tables with 14 chairs, two swings, a hammock, a smart Android TV and a stereo with Bluetooth support and 4 audiophile-class speakers (KEF and Infinity).

On the lawn behind the villa is a children's playground with trampoline, slide and table tennis.


THE VIEW

Photos do not even begin to show the beauty of the sea view over the rolling green hills with scattered olive groves, wide open from every part of the estate. As the day goes on, the colours of the landscape change from intensive blue and green shades in the morning, softened by the sea haze in the afternoon, getting a gently orange or purple hue in the dusk and finally ending with moonlight shadows of decaying ancient drywalls and stone cottages backgrounded by the Primosten's city lights, fishing boats and lighthouses twinkling in the distance.

The view will take your breath away no matter whether you enjoy it from a sunbed by the pool while drinking your morning coffee, or from the comfy balcony sofa while reading a book on a lazy afternoon, refreshed by some sea breeze, or from the hammock hanging on the old gnarly olive tree in the lawn, sipping a cocktail while listening to bossa nova in the sunset, or from the gazebo in the twilight while enjoying freshly grilled fish topped with Primosten's famous olive oil and parsley that you have just picked in the garden. Accompany that dinner with a glass of famous Primosten's "Babic" wine and you just might fall in love again. 😊 Then put on some music that describes your mood, such as Fred Astaire's "Heaven... NEIGHBOURHOOD

Authentic traditional farmhouse restaurant "Saricevi dvori" is a short walk away and there are several other excellent restaurants of that kind in this area - "Jurlinovi dvori", "Baculov dvor", "Oaza"... Top-rated restaurant "Santa Marina" is also closeby, as well as two great wineries - "Prgin" and "Vinas Mora".
One of the most famous Croatian night clubs „Aurora“ is 2,5 km away.
The biggest Primosten's supermarket "Tommy" (3 km away) is open every day (including Sundays) all day long.
A court for playing boules (bocce - traditional Dalmatian bowling) is 1 km away (here every village has such a court).

Primosten is a great mix of some of the most beautiful beaches on Mediterranean (famous for their super clean sea), impressive sceneries such as Krka waterfalls national park, rivers/canyons with adrenaline sports, many islands scattered nearby (including the world famous Kornati national park), some of the most charming towns in Croatia within one hour drive from here (Sibenik, Trogir and Split are declared UNESCO world heritage, while Skradin is Bill Gates' favourite vacation place) and rich nightlife (famous club "Aurora", numerous excellent restaurants and beach bars in Primosten, plus the nearby towns of Vodice and Split which are world class party destinations).

Primosten also offers diverse sport activities (tennis, futsal, basketball, beach volley, miniature golf, table tennis, scuba diving, pool billiard...), vehicle rentals (motorboat, powerboat, jetski, pedalboat, kayak, SUP, bicycle, e-bike, quad, scooter...), children's playgrounds, trampolines, aquaparks, etc.

Listed prices are for a stay longer than 3 nights. Otherwise, there is a short stay supplement: 20% for 3 nights, 30% for 2 nights and 60% for a 1 night stay.

In high season (July-August) the reservations are on weekly basis (weekend-weekend), exceptions are possible only in case of last minute reservations.

You can come by your car(s) or we can pick you up at the airport in Split or Zadar. Also, we can provide car rental.

We are a couple of passionate travelers, currently living in the neighbouring house (several meters away) with our 3 children. We will avoid disturb your privacy, but remain on your disposal for anything you might need during your stay and regularly take care of maintenance of the pools and gardens.

As your hosts, we will try to introduce you to the essence of our culture - traditional Dalmatian hospitality and our passion for life, the sea and Mediterranean cuisine. Our goal is to enable you to relax completely and take back home memories of a unique holiday. As tourism is our main activity, we are able to fully devote to it and make every effort to satisfy your desires.
