This exquisite country estate sleeps 16 people in 7 bedrooms/7,5 baths plus an independent apartment with ensuite bathroom, living and kitchenette, for a total of 8 bedrooms and 8,5 bathrooms.

300 year-old stunning, lovingly converted farm house, tranquil, surrounded by 7 hectors of olive groves and wheat fields, former boutique hotel, between the famous es Trenc beach, and charming village of Santanyi. S'Hort is 5 km from the world-class thermal spa and resort Fontsanta Hotel.

Maid service five days/week included as well as full-time gardener/concierge living on premises.

All eight bedrooms have air conditioning.

Bedrooms: 1 independent apartment with bathroom, kitchenette, double bedroom, living and dining areas, 2 luxury bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 4 executive double bedrooms with ensuite living rooms and bathrooms. 1 Master Suite 50m2. Four bedrooms are on ground level making for easy access.

Living area: large outside porch (75 m2) poolside covered with 2 seating areas and enormous dining area. Historic farm house: exquisite renovation, large indoor dining room (50 m2), living room with gas fireplace, music system, original stone walls, ancient stone ceiling vaulted room with flat screen TV, (Spanish channels with HDMI input).

Amenities include reliable and fast Starlink satellite wifi, a Gaggenau kitchen, 300 year old charm, caretaker family on-site to look after you, swimming pool, beautiful pool “porche” area, pétanque court, ping pong, outdoor seating area with fire pit...

Southern Mallorca, in the non-touristy corner of the island is a paradise for many sports; biking, lovely walks, golfing, stunning beaches, windsurfing, sailing, snorkelling, scuba and deep water soloing (free-style rock climbing over blue-green coves).

For groups larger than 16, we can accommodate four extra guests in single beds with a €300/person overage charge to cover bed linen, towels, electricity, water, and extra wear and tear on the finca.

Family Holiday

We had a fantastic week at S'Hort Gran d'es Palmer. The villa is beautiful with excellent facilities in a peaceful location. Laura and Herney looked after us very well, with delicious food and some great local knowledge.

Amazing property, owner, and onsite chef and caretaker!!

We had a group of 11, 3 couples and 5 singles who attended our 6th Annual Leadership Retreat, a business event in Mallorca. The 8 rooms with ensuite bathrooms accommodated us very nicely. The master suite is amazing as are all the rooms. The pictures are humble and understated...you will be pleasantly surprised! There is nothing more we needed. The owner, Missy, and Chef Laura and Henerey were a pleasure. It was so nice to have Laura and Henerey onsite every day to take care of anything we needed (groceries, dinner). If you are looking for the best place to stay in Mallorca, this is it! Enjoy!

Absolutely sublime and unforgettable visit to this gorgeous property where we were cared for and catered to with such attention and thoughtfulness by Laura and Herney. The property owner, Missy, has been incredibly responsive, engaged, and helpful and we wouldn’t change a single thing about our visit. Wonderful Stay in Tranquil Part of Mallorca

We had a wonderful stay at the property. We were a group of 16 adults, and the house is plenty spacious with many different areas for relaxing; the pool and terrace areas were especially wonderful for warm summer days. The house is located in a remote, yet very convenient part of Mallorca, with Es Trenc beach a ten-minute drive away. We loved having the quiet countryside surrounding us. We did have several issues with the electricity during our stay, but our hosts worked diligently to address them and were highly communicative when we had problems. The highlight of the stay, however, was not the house at all, but rather the wonderful Paola and John who live on the premises. During the week, they became an extension of our group, and Paola’s cooking every night was simply delicious. They made our stay extra special. A wonderful choice for anyone considering a group vacation in Mallorca, especially if you want to escape the mass tourism of Palma and its surroundings.

Our highest praise and appreciation!

My wife and I have rented upscale villas around the world and this finca ranks among the very finest. Tucked inconspicuously within the serene Campos countryside, guests will discover an oasis of understated luxury. King en-suite rooms are generously sized and feature beds so comfortable that every one of our guests complimented them. Cooking facilities both indoors and out were superb, as were the ample choices of pots, pans and cooking housewares. Furnishings were very tasteful and welcoming. The outdoor pool, dining room and bocce court offered lots of entertainment. Ample refrigerator space and and ice maker were special perks not to be taken for granted. Property guardians John and Paola are warm, loving people to see to your every need. Ask Paola to prepare her favorite dishes from Colombia! The owners, Missy and Bob are thoughtful and responsive hosts dedicated to making your stay a memorable one. This property, plus the island of Mallorca, gets our highest praise and appreciation. Great family stay in Campos

We rented the house for a family trip celebrating a birthday in the summer of 2021. Paola and John took really great care of us during the entire week and we truly enjoyed our stay in the finca! The separate bedrooms with private bathrooms allowed everyone the opportunity to withdraw to your own space when wanted. The outdoor area by the pool was truly amazing, we enjoyed all of our meals and evenings in this area. We can truly recommend this rental and hope to visit again!

Perfect for a family / friends reunion

The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful property set in its own olive grove a short distance to local towns and some of the best beaches on the island. From the start, the communications with Melissa, the owner, were excellent - prompt , charming and helpful. On arrival we were greeted by Paola and Jhon who live onsite (but separately). Jhon takes care of the beautiful gardens and Paola cooked for us - delicious, simple local cooking which everybody loved. The semi-outdoor space next to the pool gives a unique feeling to the property. Aside from breakfast (in the main house) we had most of our meals there and later it doubled as a space for music and dancing. There is a 12pm cut-off for loud music of which we were unaware and caused some complaints from the neighbours (again very sorry Melissa), so bare that in mind. The house (originally an old set of farm buildings, then a boutique hotel) and the bedrooms wouldn't look out of place in a five star hotel. Only three have air conditioning but there is a pleasant breeze and no one complained of the heat. The house is also extremely well appointed with all the kitchen equipment you could want, professional BBQ, ping-pong, speaker system....and plenty more besides. My friends and I gather together every year and I can honestly say that our stay in Mallorca this year was amongst the best time's we've ever had. Thanks again Meslissa, Paola and Jhon!

Wonderful relaxing and elegant farmhouse

The property is perfect for a larger group of friends or family. It is stylish, practical and kept immaculately by the lovely couple who cater and live at the place. It is set in beautifully kept grounds surrounded by olive trees. The house is a short car ride away from Campos where you can find shops and restaurants. And the beach is reachable with an easy bike ride. The rooms are spaceous and clean and the patio area is fantastic! Perfect for large dinner parties and dancing. We will be back!

Fantastic!

I loved this property! It's perfect for groups or large families. Located in the beautiful countryside outside Campos, it's incredibly peaceful and yet just a short ride to the beach. The owner was so gracious and made just the right suggestions for hiking, biking, shopping and discovering the most spectacular beaches of Mallorca. The staff, a young couple living on site, were charming and efficient. The house and grounds were immaculate and super comfortable. There's lots of space in and around the house and we particularly enjoyed the covered terrace - a beautiful spot for poolside meals, parties, or quiet lounging. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Magical vacation

Hi Melissa, it is coming up to 3 weeks since we left S'Hort Gran d'es Palmer; we all had a wonderful, fun, "chilled" time and everybody was enchanted by the overwhelming beauty auf your estate. Paola and John were kind, professional, efficient, helpful, all with a smile on their face. I have to mention lovely Fatima, who jumped in a few times when my language skills seemed to fail. It was overall a family event never to be forgotten.

Gorgeous property; lots of room to relax

I thoroughly enjoyed my time here -- the ultimate place to relax and enjoy all that Mallorca has to offer. Plenty of privacy in each room, comfortable bed, spacious accommodations. The pool and porch area are the real highlight of the property. A perfect place to lounge after a swim, enjoy meals with the group, or read in the afternoon. Amazing beach, es trenc, is a short bike ride or drive away. Nearby town Campos is very charming. If you're a cyclist, there is plenty of scenic countryside to be had with long, flat stretches and well-maintained roads. What will keep you coming back, though, are the stunning views of the fields at sunset!

Perfect house for a large familiy with children

The house and garden is in perfect condition. Wonderful large garden. Very quiet place. All kitchen devices work. All rooms are individual and in a good condition. Es Palmer is the perfect location to enjoy Mallorca without tourists. The best place to sit outside without having too much sun is the pool area. The large extra house in front of the pool provides a large table and sevaral couches to relax. Kids can be easily observed while playing next or in the pool. The Mexican couple is just wonderful - always smiling and provided everything immediately when asked for something. Always there and never disturbing! Communication with the owner is very nice, effective and an instant response. Thank you!

Stunning property with a lovely ambiance!

This property is absolutely stunning. The main buildings along with the guest rooms are all beautifully decorated and have everything you can desire for a stay at a proper Mallorcan Finca! Phenomenal!

Our stay couldn't have been any better. The villa is STUNNING - a really sympathetically converted farmhouse with some stylish twists. All of the bedrooms are lovely and great sizes - perfect for having lots of guests to stay without anyone feeling they got a 'worse' room...! The gardens, orchard and pool area are also fabulous with lots of privacy. I'm starting to gush now - you get the picture, the villa is great. Your experience is only enhanced by the housekeepers (John & Paola) who went out of their way to be helpful. They were around when you needed them but also gave you privacy when you didn't. We also had the pleasure of having them cook for us - I was little sceptical of what to expect - I needn't have been as the food we had at the villa was some of the best we had all holiday. The owners (Missy & Bob) were a pleasure to organise our stay with - super responsive, utterly charming and full of handy tips - I'm just sad we didn't have the chance to meet them in person. If you are weighing up your options of this villa vs any others, don't, just go ahead and book it. You won't be sad that you did!

"Shangri-La "

This was a very special holiday for our family ,bringing 4 generations together for the first time. The owners description suggested a very special property and our high expectations were fulfilled.The house is set in a gorgeous estate and the whole experience was an idyl of beauty and peacefulness.The information provided was accurate with well chosen recommendations for restaurants and local activities which never disappointed. My 50th birthday party with all my loved ones

16 friends and family had the most wonderful vacation in this beautiful home. Everything was just perfect, the home was airy and fredh and spotlessly clean. Signor Jon and Signora Paola looked after us impeccably, preparing delicious meals every day. The local beach was just a few minutes away by car and was well serviced and clean but we mostly stayed at the villa enjoying the tranquility of the pool, playing bocce and resting from a few nights out in Palma which is really very close. The local market which was on Wednesday was great . We would recommend this home to anyone, young or old alike and we will definitely be returning.

Exquisite home for group of family or friends

We highly recommend this beautiful home as a treasured vacation spot for a group of family or friends. The home itself is elegantly decorated with attention to the smallest details and a wonderful blend of rustic country complimented with up to date amenities. The individual rooms are clean, well maintained and each one opens up to a beautiful view of the garden and orchard beyond. The staff is lovely, warm and attentive. The exquisite setting is perfectly suited for any type of getaway. You can simply relax by the pool surrounded by lavender, olive and almond trees or retreat from the sun in the covered comfortable outdoor living area while being served delicious meals lovingly prepared with local ingredients. Various activities satisfy many levels of interest and adventure, including white sand swimming beaches, boating, biking, hiking, golf, shopping, dining and sightseeing. These activities are all within 5 - 45 minute drive. Before being served a delicious dinner, you can play Bocci on the regulation size court next to the garden, as you witness magnificent sunsets. After a full day, sit for a bit under the moonlight in the chairs surrounding the fire pit and count your blessings for having found such a magical spot to vacation. Clearly, we loved it.

Stunning property with beautiful views

This is a one-of-a kind property: elegant, yet simple and comfortable with beautiful grounds, pool and views. We loved the hacienda ambiance and the spectacular olive groves. Situated in a rural part of the island, the property is a bike ride away from the beach and close to the town of Campos. The interiors are spacious, immaculate and very comfortable; of the eight bedrooms, four have private entrances and the others are part of the main house, providing options for any kind of group. The property could work well for one or two families, or several couples. We loved the outdoor veranda by the pool, boules court, and enjoyed watching the sunset from the second floor terrace. The state of the art kitchen opens onto the dining room, which is comfortable for a crowd or just a few. Paula cooked us fresh fish and local dishes, and breakfasts that included eggs from the resident hens. John, her husband, maintains the property meticulously and we found them both delightful. Llegamos aquí como huéspedes del antiguo hotel y nos enamoramos de él. Esta sorprendente propiedad es realmente única, tiene impresionantes detalles arquitectónicos de piedra y fue renovada con elegancia, colores cálidos y una vibra de relajación en toda la propiedad. No querrá irse una vez que esté aquí.

Ideally located in the non-touristy southern corner of Mallorca near Campos, our property offers guests total relaxation on the 7 hectare property. If its biking, hiking, beaching, golfing, great restaurants or shopping you're after, it is all nearby. Live-in staff is Spanish speaking with some French and English.
