Layerthorpe House is a luxurious 3-bedroom house located on the outskirts of York city center.
The house contains a generous living space downstairs with Living room and separate dining room to seat all guests comfortably.
Kitchen is equipped with as hob, oven, microwave. It also contains a fridge/ freezer and washing machine. The perfect space to relax after a day exploring the city.

Upstairs you'll find 3 comfortable bedrooms.
Two of the bedrooms contains a Super King size bed which can be split into singles.
The 3rd Bedroom is a double size.
A travel cot and highchair are also provided.
The bathroom contains a full-size bath shower. The house provides off-road parking with space for up to 3 vehicles and a rear garden perfect for outside dining in the summer.

The property is located a 10 minute walk away from the famous City Walls and only a 15 minute walk from the heart of the ancient city. Regular buses also stop nearby, including the Coastliner (that runs both to the coast and Leeds city center). There is also small Asda supermarket close by and a larger Morrisons supermarket just a short drive away. It is the perfect property for visiting with family and friends alike.

Great accommodation!

Great accomodation, in a decent location. It is as far enough out of the centre that it was nice and quiet but within easy walking distance to get into the centre of town. The place was clean and the hottub was a great asset for clearing hangovers. Rooms were comfy and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and spacious property with three bedrooms However, house is up for sale and walls could do with a lick of paint where you can see marks from guests obviously bringing luggage up the stairs. Minor observation however. It was spacious, well located, hot tub was great. Beds were comfy and hosts were responsive.

Lovely house and we particularly loved the hot tub. The location is excellent with a lovely coffee shop 5 minutes walk plus an Asda and other amenities, and the York city walls a 10 minute walk. Absolutely perfect.

Lovely House

Lovely house and we particularly loved the hot tub. The location is excellent with a lovely coffee shop 5 minutes walk plus an Asda and other amenities, and the York city walls a 10 minute walk. Absolutely perfect. House was clean and tidy and had all the amenities. Had no need to contact owner as instructions were clear and we had no problems.

Good Location with free parking

Walking distance into York with the added bonus of a drive for parking. Hot tub great after a busy day exploring. Beds were really comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed for a meal in. Great instructions for checking in.

We were so impressed with this property!

This house was stunning, absolutely perfect for what we needed. The hot tub was the perfect addition to our stay. We absolutely loved the whole weekend here, it was perfect location for walking to York too! We will be back!

Property is looking tired

Lovely location to walk to York Hot tub lovely as commented previously could do with some lighting Heating worked well. Bathroom door needs attention as unable to close tightly as if you did the door would stick and can’t get out- as other customers stated Kitchen sink tap came lose on Saturday and was unable to use due to water pouring out when turned on and after several texts plumber eventually came out the following night .We therefore had to wash dishes in the bathroom . The house is also up for sale .

Great location Tastefully decorated Good sized bedrooms Two good sized reception rooms Hot tub is wonderful Areas for improvement - shower needs updating - very low pressure and either too hot and too cold - bathroom lock on door is very temperamental, we all struggled to get out, needs a new door and frame - hot tub area would really benefit from some outdoor lighting, even if this is just fairy lights on the fencing so you can see outside when it’s dark. - upon arrival house did smell a bit damp and like it needed airing…property needs some plug in air fresheners or diffusers

Great stay in York

The house was excellent for our family Christmas. Big enough for four adults, especially the separate dining room as on Christmas day we always cook loads. We had an issue with the cooker on the day we arrived 23/12 and the communication between us and York Let's was amazing. On Christmas eve morning a new cooker installed so Christmas dinner could go ahead. Fantastic service.

Great property

Great property with parking on the outskirts of York. Added bonus was the hot tub and garden. Would be fantastic in the summer months on a sunny day! Super comfy beds and was really clean and we loved the interior of the property.

Fantastic location

Fantastic location, just 10 minutes walk to York. Very nice house, very clean. Hot tub was amazing.Would just like to thank you. We had an amazing time and allowing us go check in early was really helpful. The birthday package was great. Seeing my daughters face as she walked in the room was amazing as we had not told her about it. Thank you to all at York Boutique Let's as well for being great too. If we get chance will definitely book again.

Excellent value for money and the hot tub sealed the deal.

Great home from home very close to York centre. Lovely decorated, clean, beds were comfortable. Shower could do with an update but after a few attempts to get it working we did manage to get hot water. Excellent value for money and the hot tub sealed the deal.
