This apartment, just a few steps from the center of Ortisei away, was completely renovated in 2021 and stands out for its comfortable, modern Alpine-style furnishings.
The flat consists of two double bedrooms, one of which has a single bed wardrobe, a bathroom with shower, basin, toilet and bidet and a bright living room with open kitchen and single sofa bed.
There is a small terrace located on the landing at the entrance to the apartment.
The modern kitchenette has everything you need for your holiday, such as a dishwasher, oven, cooking plates, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, cooking utensils, cutlery, dishes and much more.
Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.

House Fina offers a modern apartment located just a few minutes' walk from the center of Ortisei.
Completely renovated in 2021, this comfortable apartment stands out for its modern Alpine design and high-quality interior.
In winter the location is ideal, as the ski bus (in addition to the regular buses) stops directly in front of the house and takes you free of charge (using the free tickets provided at check-in) to the Dolomiti Superski lifts, such as the Seceda and Rasciesa gondolas (both approx. 700m). Buses run with a variable frequency of one every 10-20 minutes. The Alpe di Siusi cable car is about 500 m away.
In summer the proximity of the bus stop and the town center (5 minutes on foot - approx. 300 meters) with the Luis Trenker Promenade and the ski lifts is particularly advantageous.
You will find a grocery shop and a bar directly in front of the house. The greengrocer and a pizzeria 20 meters away, the baker 100 meters away and everything else in the center of Ortisei.
House Fina also has an outdoor parking space (for 1 car), Wi-Fi, bike and ski storage, washing machine and free linen and towels.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

Ortesei get-away
We loved this property! It was centrally located, an easy walk to the shopping, eating district. It is on a busy street but the windows are superior and block out most of the noise. Plus the traffic really dies down at night. Our family of 4 stayed here, the property is spotless, everything was just perfect.

This place was amazing although a little difficult to find. They sent photos of the place and how to get there but it was confusing since the apartment didn’t have numbers on it. We drove slow to try and match photos but cars behind us were not very kind. This place is so close to everything and the communication with the property management place was awesome! Walked everywhere and the house was very comfortable for 5 people. Wed for sure come again

Great Apt and Location
Apt was everything as described...very spacious, clean, and modern. Shower was great. Living Room actually bigger than pic implies. Really liked the location because of the old town area a short walk away. Would recommend Pizzeria Saskia for a place that seems popular with the locals and has huge servings for the price. The Pizza's are easily a two-person meal. We planned on two main hikes (Puez Odle and Cinq Torri). The first was a 15 minute drive to Selva and the Canterceppies chairlift, and the 2nd was a 1.5 hour drive. Selva would have been a closer location, but not sure it had the same old town feel.
