With a spacious garden boasting a private pool and a living room fireplace, the house is perfect for enjoying all year round. In autumn, the Empordà landscapes turn golden and red, while in summer, you can relax in the sun or enjoy outdoor dining.

The villa:
Four bedrooms: three with double beds and one with a single bed.
One bedroom is set up as an office with a desk and high-speed Wi-Fi, making it ideal for working remotely in a calm, natural setting.
There are two full bathrooms and an additional guest toilet.
The bright and spacious living room has large windows and a fireplace, making it perfect for relaxing afternoons by the fire.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen has a stainless steel island where you can cook like a real chef.
There are outdoor dining areas where you can enjoy breakfasts and lunches under wisteria-covered pergolas.
The private garden features a pool and sun loungers, surrounded by laurels and jasmine, making it an ideal spot for sunbathing or relaxing under the shade of mulberry and olive trees.
There is also an Argentinian BBQ and a Weber grill for memorable outdoor dining experiences.

The villa is surrounded by hiking and cycling routes through the Empordà's vineyards, forests and mountains. Just a few minutes away are hidden coves and beaches on the Costa Brava, which are perfect for peaceful walks. A renowned restaurant serving some of the best rice dishes in the region is just a five-minute walk away.
