Great place. Great location!

This was a great little unit. We didn’t need anything big- just a home base while visiting friends & family over Thanksgiving week. This was perfect! Great location just a couple blocks from beach. Beds were very comfortable & the place was very clean. Included parking which was a plus!

Great spot walking distance to beach

We came to tour Cal Poly SLO and decided to stay near the beach for 2 nights. Just a gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment with all fo the amenities, 2 blocks from the beach. We walked all over, felt very safe, ate excellent food and had a great time. Thank you!

This unit has a partial view of the ocean, is very clean, and tastefully decorated. We loved it.

We were able to get away for a family vacation. This unit was perfect for our family of four! It was was within walking distances to many restaurants as well as the beach. It is located in a quiet complex. We also had a partial view of the ocean. This is a gem.

Comfortable condo close to Pismo Beach

Well maintained comfortable property close to the beach. Weekends are a little noisy with motorbikes / keeps outside and hard to close the window since it’s too hot in the summer. No fans or AC.

Great location

This property was fine, we had all we needed. But for the price I thought updating would have been nice. Furniture was dated and tired. Had a small toilet issue which was corrected, the “plumber” was a little strange. Place has a locked garage, I felt very secure there.

Simply Adorable

Parking included one spot inside the gated area as well as a spot in the lot using the provided pass. 2nd floor unit was easily accessible via elevator as well as stairs. Unit was cozy with welcoming decor. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Bedrooms did get warm at night with no AC (to be expected on the Central Coast). Simple fix was opening the windows. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. One recommendation is to replace the bath towels. It's time as they begin to have an odor no matter how you wash and dry them. Didn't attempt to watch TV so can't speak to this. Location was super convenient to the heart of Pismo. Will book again!

Happy to Return!

The place was nice and had pretty much everything we needed. We did buy small items at the nearby market (sugar). The liquid hand soaps were all watered down to the point that it was better to buy new ones - I did and left them for the next people. My dad the kitchen guy said the knives could be sharper and thought all glasses available should be able to fit on the top rack of the dishwasher. It was great to have the option of the washer and dryer. Also nice to have options for two parking spaces total. It was roomy enough for 4 adults to stay and we had tow other adult guests visit in the living room with us. I would certainly come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property mgr was unprofessional. I asked about the A/C and it turned out that the unit does not have one. I commented "what kind of place is this w/o an a/c" and she said, "Well some of us don't even own a house". She speaks very rudely. From the time we retrieved the keys from her, she was already rude and unprofessional. Her coworker can probably atest to it as well and another guest that were there at the same time. Overall the unit was very nice very clean and convenient. Just the experience w/ the property manager.
