From September 15 to June 15, all utilities are paid by the guest in cash at check-out.

ℹ️ Additional Information
The city of Viareggio applies a tourist tax, payable in cash upon arrival (€1.50 per person per day, from age 18, for the first 10 days). A receipt will be provided accordingly.
Upon arrival, ID documents are required for all guests, including minors.
